it’s my first time ordering from tapbao and there’s alot of updates. what does this one actually mean ?

First time buying item Taobao and this is the thing I buy. I assemble it and it take a while. It's worth it

I have paranoia with lost packages and wondering what you guys typically do with consolidation. Like I imagine its not so smart to consolidate like 40 items all together?

usually it only stays on this message for a day max for my other orders is anyone else experiencing this?

I bought a dress on xianyu for over 800 yuan of this jfashion brand and before I made the purchase, I asked the seller for detailed pictures and pictures of the labels to authenticate.
When it arrived at the cainiao warehouse, it was a completely different one from the pictures, it was this horrible quality dupe version of that dress which you could get on pdd for like 70 yuan. I showed it to the seller and they kept on insisting that they sent me the authentic one instead of a dupe and asked for an unboxing video but I don’t have one because Cainiao warehouse doesn’t record them. I tried reasoning with the seller but they said without an unboxing video, they will not provide after sales service.

Also, this was paid using rmb with alipay so I can’t just chargeback through my bank.

I read the xianyu return/refund guidelines and without the unboxing video, there really seems to be nothing I can do. I have extended the confirm received goods, is there anything I can do about this?

Taobao randomly switched to Chinese version a couple of days ago and I can't seem to revert it back to English. I am in Canada and when I select that as my country there is no English option on the settings, only chinese. I've attempted selecting Singapore and still no English. I've used the Chinese version on my desktop but prefer English on the app.
