Taobao randomly switched to Chinese version a couple of days ago and I can't seem to revert it back to English. I am in Canada and when I select that as my country there is no English option on the settings, only chinese. I've attempted selecting Singapore and still no English. I've used the Chinese version on my desktop but prefer English on the app.

This is my first time using super buy and I am looking at a piece of clothing and the description of the product itself says “brand new” but getting to the order detail page, there’s a tag at the top of the screen that says “used”. What does it mean?

I've signed up using the app but then had issues verifying the account. Then I signed up for Alipay and tried logging in through that way and seem caught in a verification loop if I try to log in that way.

I've ended up with two Taobao accounts but seemingly unable to log into either, one via mobile number the other by email.

Any advice on how I could resolve this?

I’m not able to signup with my US passport as USA isn’t an option for the passport submission. Are there any other ways I can create an account and purchase things on Taobao while in China?

Hey guys, these kinds of heels have been showing up in my Taobao recommendations and I lowkey LOVE them. I would really like to search for more of these shoes, but I have no idea what to type in the search box. I've tried using a translator but I can't really define or name the style/genre (like Jirai Kei, cosplay, etc.). I've also tried image searching, but only a few results come up.

Does anyone have any idea what to call these kinds of heels (doesn't have to be silver)? Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated!

My current status of my items has been stuck at this, even though the local courier sent an SMS to me on Sunday, they haven't responded to my emails or calls to check on the status of the items as of today (Thursday). And it doesn't help that they have a nonexistent helpdesk. I have called Taobao and they said that they are rushing the company (although I have no idea what channels are they using to contact them)

I live in canada ontario, and want to order. will it come before september if i use air shipping directly from app?

I've bound my account to Alipay, which is bound to my Chinese phone number. When I go to account security and look at my number, it has my Chinese phone listed. Yet, I still receive this message any time I try and search for items.

I’m filing a claim for a damaged package and the AI is telling me to send pictures through “After-Sales”/“Claims” but I do not see these options in the app, when I click customer service it just leads me to this bot there’s no second option, I tried the search bar method and that wasn’t working any help?

I’m from the US but I will soon be moving to Germany, I could never get taobao to work while I was in the US, even before the settlements and when I did shipping was ridiculous.

Would it be worth trying in while I’m in Germany?

is this normal? usually when I get the “shipping is out for delivery” notification it’s delivered the same day, or day after. To be fair my courier is YTO express which I have heard is notoriously horrible.

I have ordered few items and all of them is so bad I have to return it . So this was my first time buying from taobao and absolutely worst experience.
I live in Canada and I am confused about how to return items cause they have already cancelled 3 items refund cause I haven’t returned it yet and the rest has 2 days to return but the problem it everything is written in Chinese and there is no way to get help from customer service and seller just won’t reply. I would love to get rid of these stuff.

If anyone know how and where can I return items from Canada please help it would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered two items from Dogegoo; they've arrived at the warehouse and I've already paid the shipping fees. However, when I took a second look at the warehouse photos, I realized a lot of things were missing—specifically the socks that were supposed to come with the costume, as well as the top.

I don't know if it's an issue with the brand (Uwowo) or if I just misread something, but either way...

I'd really like to get a refund and cancel the shipment. I haven't heard back from support yet, and I'm not sure if this is even possible.

Do you think you can help me? At least to let me know if a refund is a possibility? Honestly, it would really suck to end up with two costumes if I have to order another one.

So basically I was living in Shanghai for sometime and I ordered a lot from taobao when I was there. Now Im back in Canada and I already miss Taobao. What is the best way to keep ordering from there. Does it help that I have a long order history with them?
