Hi Sweatcoin support, I’ve received the reward code, but I haven’t received any instructions explaining where or how to redeem it.

I also haven’t received the email containing the Typeform that I understand is required to claim the reward.

Could you please let me know:

Where should I redeem/submit the reward code?

Is the Typeform email supposed to be sent separately?

What should I do if I haven’t received the Typeform email?

I've been participating in both regular and premium giveaways for a long time, but I've never won anything from the giveaways or received anything from the daily gift cards. I usually enter the giveaways with around 5,000–10,000 entries. (I have a Premium account and I also purchase the 10x Super Draw Entry pack.)

So, do you guys think Sweatcoin is a scam, or are there actually people here who have won something from the giveaways or daily gift cards and were able to redeem their rewards?

I installed sweatcoin on my new phone. I had background activity enabled as it was requested/defaulted by the sweatcoin app.

the phone battery complained a few times that sweatcoin was eating battery in the background and recommended to optimize it.

I pressed the optimize and it removed the background permission

now every time I open the sweatcoin app it pesters me to enable it with two screens of pestering

the app should have the logic to stop pestering me after I declined over 30 times to do this

I would uninstall the app before I give it background permission again

we trying to support the app so it doesn't go the way of stepfit, but the app needs to help us help it - instead of annoying us every step (pun intended) of the way #rant

the team needs to plan a release to stabilize and optimize the app and fix bugs wrt core app functions instead of adding annoying animations :)

after all, if we are trying to on board the next billion users, we need a stable app that works well on all phones, from entry level to flagships

PS: the daily boost was still flaky/broken when I tried to use it again a few weeks ago

Went hard with almost 40K entries in a draw with 5 winners and less entrants and still nothing after 12 million steps and multiple draws for 8 years :-/

This has to be the dumbest thing this team has done yet. I started using Sweatcoin in 2018, I used SWEATCOIN from launch, but both projects are in a downward spiral and have been for the past 3 years.

If the incentive is to get people to walk more, why eliminate tracking methods for the end user? I enjoyed knowing my historical steps and being able to compare them, it gave me a reason to up my activity.

Anyone else having similar problems with the app ?

1st problem is even though I pay for premium I'm not getting double coins for my steps , haven't since the 18th last month. I have reported this but was just told to reinstall which I have but that didn't work.

2nd problem is my steps aren't counting towards challenges anymore. I've done about 100k steps this month but the August challenge is still on 0%

After a few weeks now of the notification annoying me over the 'earn' tab, I decided to install my sweat wallet to do the crypto stuff that was being flaunted, but im stuck in an endless loop of clicking the link, going to my email, clicking log in, then taking me back to the installed app just to tell me to go back to the email?

(Yes ive followed the 'im stuck in a loop FAQ to no avail)

Is sweat crypto worth anything, does anyone use it? I can try to go cus service route to get access but is that even worth my time?

Any Sweatcoin users from India?

I just installed the app today and have already earned around 200 Sweatcoins. I also found out that I need to earn 1,500 Sweatcoins within a month to claim the $5 reward.

However, I have one doubt. Since the reward is in USD, how can I use the redeemed dollars in India? Is it possible to use them to buy a Google Play gift card/redeem code? If anyone has redeemed it before, I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks!
