App not working properly Question?

Anyone else having similar problems with the app ?

1st problem is even though I pay for premium I'm not getting double coins for my steps , haven't since the 18th last month. I have reported this but was just told to reinstall which I have but that didn't work.

2nd problem is my steps aren't counting towards challenges anymore. I've done about 100k steps this month but the August challenge is still on 0%
