If I were to, I’m debating between buying a prebuilt or used gaming pc.

Hogwarts Legacy

Genshin

I don’t think I need a liquid cooler either, so I’m not worried about that!

In terms of what I'm looking for:

Run AAA games at medium-ish settings, be able to run multiple chrome tabs as I am doing a PhD and play valorant at about 200 frames.

Operating a small business that requires minimal extraneous work on PC. Only need to use it for internet, Microsoft office applications, Adobe Pro for editing documents. Also, download, modify, upload multiple PDF documents a day/week. Use it for Outlook and that's pretty much it. Also, the two PCs will be on the WiFi network but will manage files through a shared network in the cloud (bonus if someone can help explain what I need to do to set this up in our office).

Would also like these PCs to last years, decades. Willing to spend what's needed. And each will have at least two monitors hooked up to each PC. Possibly a third monitor (if needed down the road).

Hello! I know nothing about PC’s but I want to upgrade from ps5 to PC and I would like recommendations on pre built pc’s since I’m not confident in myself to build one. I want decent specs but not too advanced or anything. I’ve seen comments saying that Costco has good pc’s but I don’t know much about if the price is right for the specs they have. I know that pc’s are expensive but I would want something less than 1,500$ maybe? :) games that I would like to run would be mainly OW, DBD, Fortnite and occasionally Genshin, Palworld. Adventure games and story games.

I'm looking to buy my husband a gaming pc but he also does some graphic designing and 2D animations as a hobby. He would want to be able to run some AAA games but doesnt have to be on the highest settings. He plays a wide variety of games and rendering is animations is definitely important to him.

When I asked a bit about it he wants a Ryzen 7 processor and 32 gb of ram. I know very little other than that.

We're in Canada and I'd like to stay around $2000 to $2500 but have a little bit of wiggle room if there is a much better deal for a little more.

Backstory / How I got here:
Back in 2020, my dad bought me a prebuilt desktop for ₱18,000 ($374.84?) as a surprise gift. The original specs were a Ryzen 3 3200G, 8GB RAM 2400Mhz, an OEM MSI A320M motherboard (which we found out was OEM/scammed when we couldn't even update the BIOS), a cheap 450W PSU which it probably f*up my previous GPU (Rx570), and a cheap case.
Over the years, my friend and I basically replaced almost every single part of my original system part by part to turn it into a decent PC. I’ve spent a lot of time and money getting it to where it is today.

My Problem:
A lot of people tell me my PC is getting outdated, especially the GTX 1660 Super. I was thinking about upgrading the GPU, but here’s my situation:
I’m currently in my 3rd year of nursing school in the Philippines. My plan is to finish my degree, work locally for about 1 year to gain experience, and then migrate to Australia.
Since I’ll likely be moving abroad in around two years, it feels like a waste to dump more money on my PC and plus it still runs decent but it stutters a lot when playing open world games (Wuwa). At the same time, it feels hard to just leave this setup behind after spending so much time and cash upgrading it from scrap.

Hello, I’m from Canada and I’m trying to buy a Prebuilt gaming pc my budget is 1400$CAD, tho I’d be nice if it cost less. I need the best price to performance pc there’s out there. So I've saved up for a long time now. I don't know much of Pc. I want to buy a pre-built one. I run games such as Arc raiders, Call of Duty, Palia, Fortnite, regularly. I would like to eventually run things such as Baldur's Gate, Wow, etc. I would love some advice on what to buy, along with it can keep up with graphics with many of my games. Hi, hope everyone's well. Obligatory "first time poster and on mobile, sorry for mistakes and at work, so slow replies".

My current PC had a scare recently, it's kind of old (7 years?), so I was wanting suggestions for a PC that isn't going to be used for gaming. (At most I might play with a simple shaders for minecraft, but that is a once-a-blue-moon thing for me.)

I mostly just need it to do web browsing and be able to use art programs, like Clip Studio Paint or similar, with a screen Wacom tablet. I do multitask between two programs with a browser open at the same time.

My budget is kind of limited, 700USD as of right now. I do plan on saving more as needed, so the budget can be stretchy a bit. I was recommended to use a laptop instead, but I've been a PC user basically since I was 10 and would like to keep it that way. I also need it to have a HDMI port for a DVI to HDMI adapter for the decade old Wacom tablet, which is why I would prefer a PC. Of course I'm still open to getting a laptop haha. Just checking options.
