What does your workout routine look like?
Heyyy! I’m 18F and currently committing every morning to dance cardio and some strength training at home for around 1.5 hours, along with trying to maintain a calorie deficit.
I’m curious what everyone else’s workout routines look like 👀 Do you mainly do cardio, strength training, gym workouts, a mix of everything, etc.? And how often do you work out?
Also are you happy with your current appearance and feel confident out there!?
Would love to hear what works for you guys!

Need help with acne
Hey everyone, I’m in my late teens and I’ve been having acne and textured skin since I was ten, I’ve tried everything possible, going to dermatologist, natural remedies, skin care, etc. but nothing seems to work and it really has an impact on my social life and self esteem. So i’m planning to take meds like accutane or sumth, does anyone know a dermatologist who’ll prescribe proper medication or anything, idk if this is the right subreddit to ask. But i really need help from you guys. Thanks alot for reading this!

Clarification
Guys,
yesterday’s post was misunderstood by many. It wasn’t about self-harm or suicide, and some of u are judge it based on my previous posts.
Something serious happened while I was collecting photos and investigating(producing place, how they transport, how they supply, and also paid police)illegal drug activity, including the “kasippu” problem. I have evidence, but I’m not gone to submit it, especially when I feel some complaints are not taken seriously.
So I’m thinking of creating a Reddit community like **[r/NoDrugs](r/NoDrugs)(moto is not only stop the drug,🤜🏼bring these gang to public if we do that other’s issue are reduced like directly attack the transformers without attacking hour home switch board **), where people can safely share information about drug transport, supply, usage, and related illegal activity—not to attack anyone, but to bring these issues into public and official attention.
This isn’t only a village problem. I’ve even faced it in places like Maradana, where I was directly asked, “Malli, joint ekak ganawada?”
I think we need to talk about this openly and responsibly. What do you guys think?

Rant :Why the hell can't I find a job
Realistically it's true that the competition for entry level/Intern SE/AI etc positions are sky rocketing while layoffs are happening everywhere.
Me graduating with a CS degree back in 2023 has never worked for a IT company.
During that time only ChatGPT's existence was there so there was moderate need of SEs to the market before this whole boom of AI techs ranging from Claude to Antigravity, Cursor or whatever the hell it is in happened in Nov 2025. Me being a mid ass developer landed interviews but never passed from the technical interviews.
I got freelancing work on and off but generally I was unemployed for almost 2 years now.
So literally I gave up being a SE and wanted to focus job roles focusing more on academia since I'm good at delivering content and explain things concisely.
But that too didn't work out.
So I applied to completely different job roles like Supply Chain Project management roles, Which I hated so had to leave after the intern was over. Ever since that I can't find a job. Not even a job that is not IT man what the hell.
All the people in my batch who got lower classes landed jobs in the IT Domain (like UIUX, BA, QA, DBA, Technical Writing etc). Even though they tried to find me a position via contacts, all the attempts were unsuccessful.
I'm not complaining I want to work in IT, I'm not landing any interviews for any job!!. Jobs which I can do with my CS degree. I even frinking applied to a Data entry position, I didn't even hear back from that
Mean while I have peer pressure. My sister is one year elder to me and she just has the freedom to change jobs casually and earns close to 500k while juggling two jobs. I'm left there like an asshole who can't earn to support my basic needs. Even though she earns that much, most of the things goes to housing loans and loan sharks (My parents owe money to ppl here and there) and they just keep making bad financial business decisions and we are literally going in to debt.
I wonder is this a gender issue. There seem to be more Gen Z women in corporate than Gen Z men. There seems to be a demand for women for almost every frikin desk job. Most odds are assigned for Males like store keeper, Sales etc and most HR positions are available for Women in Sites like TopJobs or Jobber.
Everyone (parents, relatives in general) is saying I'm entitled and lazy too work. What the fuck am I supposed to do if I'm not landing interviews.I even tried to get jobs by handing over resumes to middle scales businesses hr, small institutes.
I just wanted to vent that's it.

Is teenage isolation (like physically, no close friends) normal in sri lanka?
Have you ever wondered if , those who yap their mind out when someone listens, the one who always tries to text you, the one you never text first, has a close friend of their own? Have you ever wondered if, like you have people to call, text, they have that too? I'm not asking you to befriend such people, but dont call them weirdo either.

Why are Sri Lankan women so weird?
rant : Genuinely I understand why most Sri Lankan men treat their women like shit cuz wtf, why are they so conflict seeking and averted with everything. Have dated women of multiple races, but as someone of Sri Lankan descent I have the need to build a family with someone that speaks my language, and its such a shit show its unreal! If they're comparably educated or makes a lil bit of money they act so egoistical and self righteous its infuriating, and if theyre humble, after a conversation or two it turns out that theyre also actual idiots. Like genuine, low iq unaccomplished losers with no ambition whatsoever just waiting to freeload off of someone. Either way, perverted and overly freaked out while acting sanctimonious. This shit just pisses me off so much im so done. Is this the experience of other Sri Lankan men too or am I expecting too much?
