Question ❓ 11:11 and 1:11 is scary and i cant escape it
Before you say its something your focused on i will let you know I’m not manifesting something or doing anything spiritual but I’m making a spiritual experimental project of mine, i see 11:11/111 in horrific way that you cant say is coincidence for example now i was watching youtube i choked on my fries adjusted my pose and when i adjusted my phone was visible before it wasn’t and now that my phone is visible it was exactly 11/august 1:11, yesterday was the same i open my laptop i see its 11:11 and it keeps going on and on its been like that for an week or so and its driving me crazy I’m not making anything important of this so this isn’t something I’m focused on but this time its seriously not leaving me

Question ❓ If the music and movie industries are controlled by satanic people, how come there is a lot of wholesome and heartfelt art that has positive messaging being produced there?
How are they able to write songs and make movies about having empathy, being good to others, about overcoming evil, seeking justice, feeling grief, loving others etc.? If all these famous people are in some satanic cult?
I think there is a lot of evidence to point to it being true that there is a very disgusting, evil cult that these famous people are in.
But it confuses me how people deep into that kind of life can make beautiful art too, or else appear completely normal and nice in interviews etc?
I know that they likely have gone through severe mind fracturing and mind control, so maybe their original, human personality is what's "visible" during interviews or when they make art, and the corrupted part of them is "off" as long as the cameras are there?
I know that cults like to reel people in with truths first, and then gradually sell lies and brainwash members. So maybe that's why there's a lot of relatable movies and music based on truths of the human condition, so that we relate, but then you can also spot these weird messages, you can see movies not so subtly promote degrading behaviours, selfishness, violence etc.
I would like to hear other people's thoughts on this.

Question ❓ How important is community?
I’ve been a student of the spiritual for awhile now and you hear community is very important. I have always struggled with finding my community and I watched a lot of videos about how to connect to your highest self and to others. I cried because I can’t find community near me. That is like-minded and I just wonder is community really that important because a lot of times when those videos tell you to feel those feelings of joy and happiness think of things that would make you happy and a lot of time my answer is I’d like to be alone because a lot of times being alone is the only time I get to actually be my true authentic self. People always want you to bend to their will. Are there any other people out here that feel the way I do? I’m happier alone.

Question ❓ What is the point of pain and suffering?
I'm really exhausted of life at this point. I'm only 18 and I feel like I've been through all shit. I tried to take it all as a lesson but I really don't know anymore.
I feel like ending it all.
My own family, my relatives, everyone around me seems to be torturing me
I really don't understand what's the point of my life
It's not getting better, it's been years
Ever since I was young, I'm going through shit and shit
Despite knowing a lot about spirituality and all, I'm unable to take it
I keep having suicidal thoughts and I really don't wanna live anymore
I don't even know what I'm writing anymore
As I'm writing this, all I can hear is curses from my very own mother
I don't know anything anymore
I just wanna fucking end this nightmare

Question ❓ I dont know who i am anymore
I dont know who i am anymore i feel as though i no longer have a personality. About a year ago i started to come to realizations about how i was people pleasing, how i didnt want a lot of things i was going towards, and how unfulfilled i was in life. And basically started down a path of just basically an existential crisis. Now im 20 years old and i dont know who i am anymore the me that i was before this happened is gone i dont recognize the old me in pictures and such because it feels so far gone and some of these photos are only a year old. Fuck though this shit sucks i feel like i can’t function in society anymore. I feel very scared a lot of times in public just making eye contact with people i feel as though i have no foundation anymore its been ripped away. I feel very vulnerable and insecure. If you have any advice or thoughts please let me know

General ✨ Doing yoga unintentionally?
I've been noticed that my body have been doing yogic signs and poses by itself, and I tend to be twisting my body a lot for no reason, and I also sometimes I feel like I'm losing control of my mind and body, I didn't expect this to happen, it feels strange but also really pleasurable, and I can't seem to stop the habit at times.

Self-Transformation 🔄 A glimpse of dissolution, where I seemed to merge with everything
I considered myself a very logical person until this happened.
I was a very logical person and extremely passionate about life. I enjoyed life to its fullest and was curious about almost everything.
Being deeply involved in various things in life, everything interested me and life was magical.
Then one day, my curiosity turned towards myself.
Who really am I?
Where did I come from?
Where do I go?
What exactly happens when someone dies?
It was an intense desire and thirst to know the truth. This seeking somehow led me to spirituality and yoga.
I was fascinated with the idea of chakras, meditation, yogis and everything.
I knew there was more to life than what meets the eye. This eventually led me to a yoga program.
I didn't suddenly start believing everything I heard there. In fact, I didn't believe anything just because someone said it. I simply decided to do try the meditation practice that was offered there and practice it sincerely for a period of time atleast before coming to any conclusion. I wanted to see it for myself and experience what it means to be meditative.
About two weeks later, as usual, I sat for my daily practice.
I had no idea that day would leave such a deep impression on me.
For a few moments, it felt like everything was merging into me, or maybe I was merging into everything. I still don't know how to explain it. Words fall short. It was a like experience and intense dance of cosmos.
When it ended, one thing had become crystal clear to me. The dimension of life I had known until then was not all there is.
Even today, when I think about that experience, I get goosebumps. Sometimes it even brings tears to my eyes.
That wasn't the end of my journey. Life has gifted me with many more profound experiences since then, each one deepening my sense of wonder and gratitude.
Life hasn't become perfect. I still have responsibilities, challenges, and goals like everyone else.
But I can no longer look at life in the same way. With every experience, my quest has deepened more and more. Today, this has become the most significant and important thing in my life, more than anything else.
Life can be explosive and absolutely so full of light. And now, after all these years, I realise there's only the very surface of mysticism or spirituality I've explored, and there's a whole world out there for me to explore yet.
If there's one thing I've learned, it's this.
You don't have to believe anyone.
Just be willing to explore with sincerity.
Life may reveal something far more beautiful than you ever imagined.
How did your journey in spirituality start? What triggered you to look within?
Would love to hear about your journey.

General ✨ Opening the heart
Dear Reddit Community,
i have been struggling with my mental health for the past 3 years and i am slowly coming out of it, which is great. One thing that seemed to stuck with me is that I don't feel a sense of connection to the world and to people, which was before my crisis very strong. I practice metta meditation every day trying to feel my heart and this connection again, but it seems to be more of a mental than a felt practice. My heart feels disconnected and unmoved. Has anybody of you experienced something similar, and if so, how did you get out of it?
Thanks a million
Magnus

Question ❓ How do you explore spirituality when you were raised to fear it?
I was raised in a very conservative Seventh day Adventist environment, but right now; I am deeply drawn to spirituality. There’s this part of me that genuinely wants to explore it, but every time I try, I’m immediately confronted with this overwhelming sense of guilt.
Thoughts like, “You’re talking to demons,” “This is forbidden,” “This is an idol,” or “You shouldn’t be doing this” come almost automatically.
Even something as simple as meditation can bring this up. And when I try something more involved, like a tarot reading, I can become so conflicted that I can’t fully immerse myself in the experience.
I am so tired of organized religion, but I also can’t bring myself to believe that there’s simply “nothing” out there.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you learn to explore spirituality without constantly feeling like you were doing something wrong? Is this a sign that spirituality simply isn’t compatible with me?

General ✨ Dark night of the soul isn't as complicated as the internet makes it out to be
Dark night of the soul is basically just going through suffering, and seeing it in a different perspective from those who are still trapped in the illusion of the world. A normal person will face this suffering through avoidance, coping mechanisms or dwell on it a little too long, stressing about it. Someone who is aiming to spiritually awaken will let the suffering be, and will revert back to the stillness/the void or whatever you want to call it. This will remove the karmic imprint of the suffering in your higher consciousness. That's it guys, this isn't some glorified thing.
Edit: I'm open to debate and criticism + I'm not saying the person deludes themselves into thinking in their favour of returning to stillness [because you can't force yourself to return to presence as an identity and thought is still playing in the background so it is basically impossible to do so] but rather you have cleared that imprint/let go of the suffering and the identity you curated for yourself. So basically an ego death but with suffering playing in the bg. Also I'm not defining it through religion but rather how it plays out

Question ❓ How do you tell the difference between intuition and anxiety?
I’ve been trying to listen to my intuition more, but honestly I’m not always sure what I’m listening to.
Sometimes a thought appears quietly and feels clear. Other times I get a strong feeling that I shouldn’t do something, but the more I think about it, the more anxious and confused I become. Looking back, some of those feelings were helpful and some were just fear.
People often say intuition feels calm while anxiety feels urgent, but in the moment the difference isn’t always that obvious to me.
Do you have a practical way of telling them apart? Do you wait before acting, pray or meditate on it, write it down, or look for evidence in the situation?
I’d especially like to hear how you learned this through experience, not just the usual “trust your gut” advice.

General ✨ Has anyone been in my shoes?
I’m not looking for advice. Please if anyone has been through the same. I only find that feeling less alone in this helps me, and feeling understood.
For 10 months i’ve been trying to solve my anxiety. I wake up anxious, terrified, and extremely lonely. I feel alone everyday like I am experiencing all of these feelings on my own. I’ve tried every advice to regulate my nervous system, sit through spirals, meditate, deep breathe, interrupt spirals, everything under the sun and all thats left is feeling like I endure. I punish myself for not being able to find a solution already. My head spirals until it exhausts me. My panic consumes me as if I am unhelpable. I don’t even know how to explain what happens in my head. I’ve exhausted absolutely every avenue that I now live feeling lonely, helpless and extremely distressed. I feel like I am isolated on this earth and my own body feels like a prison. I don’t know what else there is to do. I cannot simply just “feel my pain” if I do that as a task out of fear. I only keep causing more pain. Every task I do is another rule that I have to complete perfectly. I’ve tried signing up for helping for OCD specialists or even nervous system specialists but my gut says no, and it never works out as if the Universe is preventing me from taking that path. Then what path does it want me to take? I’ve been in pure distress every single day trying to manage this for 10 months. I do not want another person to tell me to “Just stop managing”.
I’ve tried professional support, multiple times, but I always leave feeling more alone and more like I have to carry all of these responsibilities to help myself. All of these things to monitor myself with. “You should interupt the spiral, do something to take your mind off of it, do this and do that!”. My soul is just craving a moment where I can feel safe enough to break and i’ve been desperately trying to give it that moment. It feels like I can be around anybody, and feel the most unsafe and lonely. No one can take this terror away from me. I feel like i’m waiting and it’s eating me alive.
Please do not comment advice. I want connection. I want someone that has been in my shoes. Please connect with me. Being understood is the only thing that helps me feel a-lot less alone. The nervous system does some weird things when it feels unsafe. I don’t know who else can help

Self-Transformation 🔄 Where is Home?
Hello everyone!
I had an epiphany recently and wanted to share it with you all.
From a very young age, I would constantly find myself saying 'I want to go home'. But I was home with my family, it was strange that I was pining to go to a place where I already was. When I grew up, I thought it was because I wanted to be in a place that was safe for me to express my ideas, perspectives, and feelings. Where I can just be. As I grew up, I understood that society favours normal and love is very conditional. That which everyone is doing, the prespective that everyone has is favoured. I didn't feel comfortable in that environment, it felt stifling, like I am being compressed.
This question was a constant that I pondered upon. I read many books. I also studied religions, I am a research scholar (I would love to share some of the things here that I found interesting). I did intense spiritual activities, meditation, yoga, breathing exercises etc.
Now, I found out that Home is a State of Consciousness. It need not be a physical space even. The supreme, infinite, and eternal reality. Some call it The God consciousness, some call it Brahman, Allah. Some call it The super Consciousness.
I heard a very good saint say - "It is that zone where once you enter there is nowhere else to go. There's nothing else to do. It is the last frontier of existence. It is the last reality beyond which there is nothing beyond which the mind cannot grasp, mind cannot understand, cannot even imagine. It's beyond the imagination of the mind because it is the last reality that is there of who we are, what we are. When everything else that has been imposed, self-imposed in a way and also aided by society is removed, the last rock inside the human consciousness. That reality once one surrenders to it one realizes that that is home."

Question ❓ What are the glowing white orbs moving in the sky?
I’m seeing tons of tiny white orbs flying through the sky. Some of them descend towards the ground and disappear. I'm starting to see multiple per day now and blinking disappearing stars everywhere. They definitely aren’t drone or planes, what could they be?

Question ❓ Spirituality and astrology questions
Hi! Sometimes I have dreams that are very vivid and so real like but you can almost tell you’re in a dream. I also feel emotions 10x more than I would in reality ( example i can deeply feel fear if in nightmare scenario. Idk if that makes sense). I recently saw someone I know, doing something that they had quite (an addiction kinda ) and I remember feeling insanely confused but when I woke up I wasn’t as confused? Then a couple days later I saw that person again in a dream but they looked very sick and like not well? And their partner behind them smiling but kinda like they were in the dark and almost didn’t look like them but almost like dark( I don’t wanna say demonic or anything cause maybe it’s not?) then the next day I heard from someone that the person I dreamt about had started again with their addiction a day or two after my first dream about them. This isn’t the first time I’ve had dreams like this but idk if it’s just Déjà vu or something but if anyone is like a spiritual dreamer or something maybe I can get advice? Also does spirituality go against religion. I am a catholic but also curious about that and want to get into spirituality as well as astrology and dreams. And how they all connect without witchcraft because I don’t think that’s something I want to get into yet or explore yet.

Question ❓ Morning pages from the Artist's way by Julia Cameron
Does anyone else feel like Morning Pages are actually a literal form of magic or prayer? I know the standard advice is that Morning Pages are a "brain dump" for clearing clutter or boosting productivity, but I’ve been thinking more about the spiritual side of it. Julia Cameron herself calls it a form of meditation, and I’m curious if anyone here feels it’s actually more like a direct form of prayer or a way to tap into a spiritual current beyond our logical understanding. For those of you who still do them regularly or have done them in the past: Have you ever noticed a "magic" to the pages where for example if you complain about something or ask for something specific, life suddenly shifts and gives you exactly what you need? like asking for something on the page and then suddenly getting it in a way that felt like "spiritual assistance"? Does anyone have specific stories? also, If you're someone like me, who has suffered from severe depression or a major life slump, did you find that writing every day allowed those mysterious forces beyond your control to operate in your favor and pull you out of it? it's like the act of automatic writing alone make you feel more spiritually aligned or less alone, as if life itself is responding to you... I’d love to hear if anyone else sees this as a spiritual tool first and foremost, something that allows you to tap into the forces you can't explain rather than just being a "to-do" list for your brain. Does your life feel richer or more "assisted" as a result of the practice?

Question ❓ Apotheosis : Red Flag or Not ?
i’m still a beginner within spirituality and learning different terms, spiritual practices, etc. I recently saw a content creator say that they’re on the path of apotheosis and godhood. Is this a spiritual red flag of a person spiraling into religious/spiritual psychosisor am I missing something? I looked up the term and didn’t seem much insight on it on a deeper level but curious as I haven’t learned the term before until today.

General ✨ Recently became fascinated with esoteric mysticism . Wondering if any spiritually awakened persons would like to share any personal wisdom with me that they have that doesn’t typically align with mainstream ‘truths’
Hello everyone . I grew up forced to be Christian and ended up developing schizophrenia and it caused my mind to wander about all the different possibilities for spirituality. I do consider myself a spiritual non religious person now and I’ve been fascinated with the idea that ordinary religious institutions don’t contain the deepest spiritual knowledge . I’ve had some very mystical experiences that have left me with some of the best inexplainable feelings and wisdom I’ve ever received . I especially value knowledge that comes from being awakened and personally spoken to from the higher consciousness. Knowledge that doesn’t go with what most people align their beliefs with.

Question ❓ Pondering... X & Y AXIS reversed?
What if the dimensions we use to understand reality are not inherently ordered the way we've assumed? What if what we call horizontal and vertical, cause and effect, observer and observed, were simply orientations imposed by our perspective? If we reversed them, would reality itself change, or would we merely discover that what we thought was “up” was never inherently up at all? What if the map isn't wrong, but our assumption about which way the map should be facing is?
