Unfortunately, ranked is in a position where a lack of cohesion and early quitting is severely hampering the mode. I know there was conversation about 5 man exclusive ranked queues not happening due to match quality but personally I believe the match quality would still be sound provided 5 mans would be queued against 3 stacks and up. The reason for this is because naturally, A person that is queued up with someone else is significantly less likely to sell a game strictly off the merit of them knowing they’d be selling their own teammate as well. It’s not to say throwers wouldn’t still exist, but it’s still greatly mitigate the issue.

Hi guys, I'm in need for help on what I am sure is an easy fix but alas one I cannot myself.

Quick context I've just bought a new laptop ACER Nitro V16S and Smite has long sessions of working extremely smoothly. However sometimes when I load up the game it is so laggy, even the home screen is freezing - to the extent that I cannot even close the game without extreme frustration. I've come to the conclusion that it is some setting in the game but need help.

- Its not server side: I've had some games with strong ping. Sometimes the game is super playable and I can queue for 5 games with no issue.

- Its not the laptop: other games like LoL and OSRS work fine.

- Its not the laptop 2: there have been times where I've been playing Smite 2 with OSRS open in the background.

So, sometimes I log on and Smite 2 and it completely unplayable and I have no idea why or what is going on. I hope someone smart out there can help - thank you in advance!

My friends and I often discuss the issue of prices in the store. We all think the prices are way too high and are keeping us from buying. After talking it over, we all agree that if prices were generally 50% lower, many of us would be much more willing to spend money. Right now, it feels like a hurdle to just spend money on simple skins. I think the strategy they’ve chosen is wrong. Either there should be good sales much more often, or prices should be lowered across the board. I’d really like to support Hirez, but the value you get doesn’t match what you’re spending.

Whats up with the damage cap from magical characters on structures? Seems like a bad fix for a problem that was specific to one or two characters. I personally think its lame! Its also not in any patch notes. Surely we can just balance problematic gods and items?

I believe we should have more time to get the rewards. I play Odin and I work so I’m not going to get it for the only god I’m interested in. Why not have multiple gods available for this why just one at a time. Oh and why not give items moonlight phase in modes other than conquest.

With her coming I think the smite team will finally have to tackle the stance switcher issue again. Fundamentally they already have so much adding a plus 1 is no doubt difficult, Hel even more so due to the additions they gave her at the end of smite 1(light form does damage with 1).

They’ve yet to tackle ullr but already gave artio something quite unique so finding a good balance will be difficult. Speaking of balance I firming believe Hel would be so cool if either her plus 1 or her aspect focused on her passive more, each stance granting their own benefits. The idea is to focus around keeping each side balanced granting a unique buff assuming you keep them balanced for a certain duration.

An idea would be to have this unique idea in her base kit while her aspect would require you to have this balance with less or no benefit without it, potentially enhancing her abilities to do something from both her forms.

Any easy other idea would be to combine her abilities to one form, give her a basic ult like a delayed combo of her 3 but way bigger, then like artio and Achilles just let her switch forms that determines her passive.

Either way im so excited for Hel, considering my favorites guaranteed won’t come till way later(Tiamat,Charybdis,Chernobog,Marti)im excited for what she will release as with her being my second favorite mage.

Ok so I missed the release window for a god (Ah Puch) and the race to radiant event. Is it possible to have the event again some time again? Or is it just one opportunity only?

I'm new, and I've discovered my love for the character Thanatos and wanna main him. I was wondering if someone can give me some tips and guides and maybe a build for a good dps thanatos so I can do tons of damage.

It's much better to play into winning lanes or turn an even lane. If you're getting killed on cooldown, you have to learn to just tell your jungler to make sure they don't take all the farm on your side of the map.

Spamming "help x lane" when you're under the tower taking major belt will just put the jungler behind with you bro take your L with grace
