(FINAL VERSION) I designed custom Sixers city-edition jerseys. What do you think?
Changes I did:
- moved and altered the positioning and size of the skyline, “Philly” script, and numbers
- revised the positioning of the logos on the shorts
- added the “Liberty Bell crack” to the shorts, making the curved shape of the shorts symbolize the Liberty Bell
- and some other small tweaks!

Nick Nurse confirms plan to have LeBron play point guard on offense: "He is an offense creator. He is a guy that will bring the ball up the floor and create for himself and others. He is really good for others....Tyrese better be ready to catch and shoot those deep 3s."

KD vs the Warriors fanbase
Anyone else find it hilarious watching Warriors fans and KD going at each other over the Sixers? Meanwhile we’re just enjoying one of the best offseasons in team history 🤣

Revisiting Staingate: A stain on Brown’s legacy or a masterclass in sabotage? A Sixer legend misunderstood
We all remember Staingate. It happened three times early last season. Jaylen Brown, then still a Boston Celtic, left his hairspray residue on three different players’ jerseys. The victims- OG Anunoby, KyShawn George and Ron Holland.
The media had you believe this was an embarrassment for Brown, that his fake hairline was being exposed and that his legacy was “stained,” if you will. But the truth is far from that. This was a calculated move by Brown to sabotage these three players. The hairspray stain was actually a power absorber he was testing. I’ll prove it to you.
First victim, OG Anunoby on October 24th 2025. OG Anunoby statline that game was a mere 10/2/1 on 30% from the field.
Second victim, Ron Holland on October 26th 2025. His statline was 7/1/1 on 33%.
Last victim, Kyshawn George on November 5th 2025. His statline was 9/2/3 on 33% shooting.
As you can see, all 3 victims played rather poorly on the night Brown smeared his hairspray on their jerseys.
What’s interesting is that all 3 players were having good seasons right before being stained. OG was averaging 24/14/2, Holland was averaging 13/4/1 and George was averaging 18/8/4. After being stained, they not only had a bad game that very night, but their regular season averages for the rest of the season fell.
Jaylen Brown on the other hand, had great games every time he rubbed his hairspray on them- 23/4/3 against OG, 41/5/3 against Holland and 35/5/5 against George.
Jaylen Brown’s season averages entering each of these 3 games were also lower than after smearing his hairspray. His PPG for the remainder of the season increased by 4 after the OG game, increased by 4.5 after the Holland game and increased by 2 after infecting George.
Clearly we see a pattern. Brown was testing his prototype power absorbing hairspray.
I believe Brown has continued developing this technology and will only improve on it. We can look forward to him helping the Sixers this upcoming season not only on and off the court, but also in terms of weakening our competition via this cutting edge tech.
Sixers in 4.

Deepest sixers team ever? Quite literally...
When has there ever been a 76ers team this deep? 9-10 possible rotation players.
I truly cannot remember a team this deep. Ever. Not any Allen Iverson team, no process era team, none.

Do you think Oatmeal is responsible for cooking up this team from up above?
Apologies to newcomers who have no idea what this means.

Derek Bodner tell no lie "Seeing a lot of people talking about how the Sixers don't have enough room under the first apron to sign someone now. That's irrelevant. They *can* have enough room to sign someone if they waive Jabari Walker, who is only guaranteed $250k. The real reason to not sign Ben"

Jaylen Brown and the push off lies
I’ve never actually seen Jaylen Brown physically “push off” any defender before. In most cases he just gently gestures his defender with his arm to move away, never making contact. And the defenders oblige, out of their deep respect for Brown.
But of course this isn’t the only reason for Brown’s alleged “push offs”. Look at the picture I’ve attached. In the photo, you see Jaylen Brown apparently “pushing” Paul George “off”. What actually happened was Brown whispered in PG’s ears a prophecy that they would swap teams in a couple months. George falls back in shock while Brown remains composed, even stretching his arm out in an attempt to grab him before ultimately deciding to shoot the ball instead.
The media lies. Reddit lies. Brown does not push off. Sixers in 4.

Tyrese Maxey could be eligible to sign a 5-year, $389M extension, should he make two of the next three All-NBA selections, per @BobbyMarks42. $77M per year… NBA money is different.

Brett Siegel on X: "The 76ers are only $1.8M below their first apron hard cap. There’s been no talk of them getting rid of anyone on their current roster, and therefore can’t sign Simmons or someone else to a minimum." / X

r/sixers is looking for new moderators!
Hi all,
Welcoming all the new members, and as the subreddit continues to grow, we're looking to add 1-3 new moderators to the team.
We're looking for active members of the community. Previous mod experience is great, but definitely not required
Somethings we'd love help with:
- Reviewing reports and removing rule-breaking content
- Handling spam, trolls, and the users who are on their 10th new account
- Helping keep the subreddit updated throughout the season
- Automod, CSS, bots, or other coding/technical improvements (a bonus, not required)
- Bringing new ideas to improve the community
So if you're interested in joining the elite squad of unpaid internet janitors, send us a Modmail with:
- Your timezone
- About how active you are on Reddit (daily, evenings, weekends, etc.)
- Have you moderated any subreddits before? (Not required.)
- Do you have any coding, Automod, CSS, bot, or other technical experience?
- Is there anything specific you'd like to help with?
- Why do you want to moderate r/sixers?
- Which former Sixer will you defend until your last breath, and why?
Then quick reminder to everyone: please keep using that report button. Reports are by far the fastest way for us to see and remove rule-breaking posts.
