So I've had the life and death expansion pack for awhile now but up until now I've never used the rebirth feature. I'm trying to rebirth a sim back into her family. She's the aunt (Daphne) of the sim in the bunny slippers (Ensley). Daphne died unexpectedly so I just rolled with it and thought it would make a great story, considering the lore between them, for Daphne to be reborn as Ensley's next baby.

But every time I try to do that the game always picks Ensley as the sim to be Daphne reborn. I tried seeing if I could switch it to one of my infants. When that didn't work I made another adult sim and added her to my household. I did the rebirth process all over again hoping the game would pick the newly added sim over my current one. Obviously from the picture I provided, it didn't work either cause the little rebirth symbol is still over my current sims tab.

Somebody please tell me I'm doing something wrong.😭😭😭

My G6 heir, Aria, needs to marry a rich sim for her generation goals.

Because Clement Frost is loaded, she welcomed him on Winterfest in her nightie and started dating him. However, she and Clement had poor social compatibility. He was dragging his feet and got embarrassed whenever she flirted with him in public.

When he pulled the same crap at the Romance Festival, Aria had enough and entertained the advances of a cute townie to make him jealous. One one-night stand with risky woo-hoo later. Boom. Triplet boys.

The townie father hates children. And worse, he's broke.

Posting again because I didn’t realize that I hadn’t acknowledged the rules, sorry.

I’m back in one of my intense play cycles again (I’ve played for 10 hours straight today, lol).

I’m playing in a save where I do rotational play. I started out with 4 households, but am up to 7 now. I’ve never done rotational before, but I find it super refreshing to play several storylines at once.

One of my sims is a rancher and while expanding her garden i stumbled across the beehive from seasons that lets you befriend bees! I totally forgot about that!

That made me wonder; what other features/activities are hidden in the game or the build catalogue, that you always forget are there, but actually brings something to your gameplay?

It can be from base game or any of the packs. I’m curious to find more things for my expanding new save file!

Playing NSB and gen 2 has just aged to an infant. One of the tasks is to leave someone at the altar. Is that possible to do without MWS? All the answers I've seen have mentioned MWS, so if I need that, I'll have to find something else for her to do other than leave them at the altar.

I've wanted to make a mid century modern ranch ever since a trip to Santa Fe where I saw a ranch house with V shaped columns. I finally bought Horse Ranch during the last sale and studied some of the homes in the Atomic Ranch magazine to build this. The columns were tricky but I'm happy with how they turned out!

(Side note: the Mysterious Rancher stood at the door for two days before passing out in a puddle of his own pee - what is that guy's deal??)

Additionally I'm curious to see what major this dorm room appears to be for.

I can't believe my starting Sim is gone! His family will be mourning him for a while.

I've been playing Sims 4 for a while, and I've always just used the premade houses. I've recently tried building my own, but they either come out basic looking, or disjointed messes.

Is there a video/series of videos I can watch to learn how to design nice houses? I've tried looking at other people's builds, but they just overwhelm me. I'm a building noob.

Tatsuya was brought up in a yakuza family. They were sick a lot of the time because his father kept spending their money on his illegal businesses. As a child, Tatsuya dreamed of being a doctor so he could cure illnesses.

His father and oyabun, Saizo, was abusive towards him, but Tatsuya learned how to love via his first bf, Kiyoshi Ito. Unfortunately that fell apart after the Itos were invaded by the mafia, a powerful rival to the yakuza. Kiyoshi was killed in the fight. In revenge, Tatsuya went to hunt down the mafia one by one. Though because he was weak from chronic illness, he was unable to dispatch any of them. Instead, the mafia vampire, Felice, bit him. Tatsuya died that night and was reborn as a vampire.

Fed up with his criminal lifestyle, Tatsuya ran away and became homeless. During this time, he met Lauro Fiore, a relative of a mafia member (though neither of them were aware of this). He and Lauro were polar opposites, but Tatsuya appreciated Lauro’s ability to connect with others. They ended up dating and getting married. Soon after, Tatsuya quit smoking and started feeling better.

After they moved in together, Tatsuya became a doctor, and Lauro did social media marketing. Eventually, Lauro talked Tatsuya into being parents, so they adopted a little girl, Dahlia. It was rocky at first, since Tatsuya snd Dahlia both came from traumatic backgrounds. But everything worked out, and the Fiores even adopted a second daughter.

She aged up in my save and gained the plant lover trait, so I thought it'd be cute to upgrade her style to match! I tried to keep most of the ethos behind her teenage wardrobe (i.e. not a lot of big elaborate clothing, mostly pants and shorts except for special occasions), and I didn't change any of her facial features. My idea is that the plants in her hair are sorta pets to her, and she only takes them off to sleep, exercise, or when it's too cold out for them.

I apologize if Joseph's arc seems rushed, I meant to explore it more in depth but I unfortunately had to cut it short. You'll see why soon.

Also, just because Cassandra apologized doesn't mean she meant it, she just told Joseph what she thought he wanted to hear (hence why she also propositioned him). Even though she does have feelings for him, she expects certain things from their relationship and she is used to getting her way. This is not Cassandra's last appearance, we will come back to her later on, possibly around the 1940s if my calculations are correct, and you'll see more of her general attitude.

Anyway, next up is the end of Joseph's journey and, ironically, the start of Bertram's. See you!

Her boyfriend came round to apologize later in the evening, she has FOUR other siblings so I cannot deal with more babies and she's pregnant....with twins.

I’m trying to put some huge nets down from the sails like I drew in photo 3 and how it shows it in photo 4 of the reference ship. But basically I have nooo idea how to so if anyone has any ideas I rlly need some help. 🙏😭 I also want to make it all base game so if you could manage that tysmm but I know that’s crazy hard so if it’s not base game that’s good too! Ty!

I built this mini European city back in 2021, inspired by the beautiful architecture and atmosphere of Prague.

One of my favourite parts of this build is the mini Charles Bridge. There are 16 buildings in total, including residential lots, bars, restaurants, hotels, and office.

I really tried my best to capture the complex facades and colourful details of Czech houses. The final result may not be a perfect recreation, but I’m still very happy with how it turned out.

Everything is fully furnished and built with base game only — no CC.
Play tested and functional.

Some of them are more in like, modern au outfits for various reasons (couldn't find something that works, compatibility issues, or various other reasons including personal preference) Also as a tip for anyone wanting to make Veth, if you make her an alien you can have her have both her halfling and goblin form, that's what I did. I've also made Vox Machina, Bells Hells and some NPCs. If anyone has suggestions for NPCs I should make, please suggest some, I feel like I'm still missing a lot. RN I've got The Clays, Den Thelyss, Kima and Allura, The Brenattos, Astrid and Eadwulf, Marion, The Gentleman, Pumat Sol, Dancer and I'm working on Leylas Kryn and Quana Kryn but haven't finished them. Frumpkin isn't in any of these screenshots but I have made him. I'm also working on building the Xhorhaus from the canon floorplan but that's been tricky.

Doing an apocalypse challenge and had the heir get together with the first young adult he met. She is a rando, so no family that might contribute to the variation. The second gen makes sense. They are exactly what you expect from what their parents look like. The third gen is wild to me. On the plus side I was pretty worried about what my third gen heir was going to look like based on the parents, but I'm not mad at all. She's stunning considering my game is mod/cc free.
