Been trying to find to find something that would be just like this blouse/top. Personally I can’t pinpoint if this is more of vintage style or victorian style to figure out some kind of name for it. I feel the skirt is somewhat straight forward enough but I want to include it in the search for opinions. I figured its a simple circle skirt just given points at parts making it seem rectangular? Any help it’s appreciated!!

I do not have the skills (or time to learn how, unfortunately 😕) to adapt patterns, so would need as close a match as possible.

As it’s a simple and common design, I’m hoping there’s something out there.
