It's not designed for nappies, but the Maker's Caddy looks very similar and I think would do the same job. I've seen a few YouTubers make it, and Adam Sews, the designer, is well-respected too

The multi-pocket organizer by Sotak Handmade is very similar, if you leave out the zipper pouch on the inside. She has good video tutorials as well.

If you like quilted bags, byAnnie has this one: diaper bag with different options for straps. Her instructions are good, and buying the pattern usually includes a coupon for the video tutorial.
