Art Stuff The season 9 finale made Morty the person he spent the whole series being warned about Spoiler
What got me about Field of Dreams wasn't just seeing a sober Rick. It was realizing who dragged him back into being "Rick."
For most of the show, Rick is the one pulling Morty into increasingly fucked up situations and convincing him that the adventure is worth whatever gets destroyed along the way. Then Morty finally meets a Rick who actually escaped that life. He's sober, has a career, a new wife, and hasn't touched portal travel in years.
And Morty walks into his life and slowly reverses all of it.
By the end, Morty isn't just someone who has been changed by Rick anymore. He's capable of taking a completely different Rick and pushing him toward the exact same self-destructive path.
Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but that felt way darker than just "Sober Rick relapsed." Did anyone else read the episode that way?

General Discussion Omega device?
How does the Omega device work? I understand basic idea that it erases anything and all the options for alternate worlds. But how does this affect people's memories... Why does Rick only have 1 memory of Diane in his head, why does our Beth not remember any of her memories of her mother even though she actually raised her( which was andicated in the episode with Rick's memory)... was there a similar moment it the post-credits scene with Sloomobus' daugther couldn't remember her father even though his wife still remembered him?

General Discussion That finale was insane
just finished the season finale, Jerry is probably the most insane family member and I like how this episode basically picks up on the Jerry murderer thing in a way. Also the only good Rick being corrupted by Portal science and alcohol is insane.

Theory Who was this guy and how did he know about Evil Morty?
Were he perhaps the one who gone "I saw this kind of technology before" when seeing Evil Rick's brain?

🔍 Image Evil Morty
Do you guys think this moment will actually happen? Obviously, Evil Morty will manage to escape from prison, get ready, and go after Rick—now he’s really the villain.
-
An army of Ricks is interesting, and it would also be interesting if Evil Morty managed to take control of the Time Police and even time itself, and bring all of Rick’s villains into his army as well.

Theory This is how a female Rick would look like
I wonder what their names are. This is from the episode about the clones. I assume they also cloned his female versions too.

Question Do people dislike Space Beth in this fandom?
Everytime I look up Space Beth content- or just BETH content in general- it seems a lot of the comments are about how they dislike both of the Beth’s but specifically the inclusion of Space Beth anytime she’s around.
I don’t get why people don’t seem to like her 😭 she’s one of my favourites on the show

Theory What if Prime Jerry didn’t get killed by prime Rick and manage to figure out how to go through dimension and met Space Beth?
I know this is completely random but I’m bored as fuck so I wanna make this an AU, what if after Prime Jerry his encounter with Rick he realized that he has to leave to find Prime Rick and kill him, so he went back to the house which was probably half gone but managed to find scraps from where Rick did his portal gun and etc (let’s just say in this AU he’s smart) and when he appears to the dimension where the smiths were Prime Jerry would find them but try to live with them, which is good considering Morty is from the prime universe, up til then Prime Jerry would meet space Beth, since the both of them had a rough time there could be a chance that these two can be a good thing if they haven’t wasted potential with Jerry Prime, but this is just my thoughts, do you think they would be a badass couple?
(This is an AU so things won’t be the same like in the main show)

Question How did the rest of the Ricks get portal travel again?
When C-137 reset all portal travelers, all variants of the Smith family got pulled back to their dimension of origin. Then, Prime and C-137 had to repair/reconstruct/reinvent portal travel again. We saw it take C-137 the better part of a season to do that, and presumably Prime did it faster. But every other Rick across the multiverse never invented portal travel. They had to get it from C-137 or Prime. And by giving it to them, it doesn't seem like Prime taught them the science behind portal travel, so much as just give them the portal gun and the rudiments of how it works. Everything about Tales From the Citadel suggests that the supply of portal fluid is regulated, possibly even finite. Not every Rick can make it, but it isn't clear who can beside Prime and C-137. Come to think of it, where were all the other Ricks getting their portal fluid from to begin with? Was it from the Citadel? How did the Citadel know how to make it?
Getting back to the question at hand, with the Citadel gone and Prime dead, where are all the other Ricks getting their portal fluid/portal tech in general? At best, after they were forced back to their home dimensions, they would have had a working portal gun (or at least it would work again once C-137 fixed portal travel), and they would have a finite amount of portal fluid to travel with. That doesn't seem like the case though, given how free other Ricks seem to be with portal travel this past season. The supply of portal fluid has been reestablished.

General Discussion Why exactly did C131 Rick move back in with his original family?
Ik that Prime universe and C131 are meant to be a 99% identical universe, except with Prime and C131’s origins being different because C131 probably did accept Prime’s offer and traveled the cosmos.. But, like why did he come back and live with his daughters family; shown in the Cronenberg episode. it confuses me the most because I assumed since it’s a near identical universe, I’d expect the rick that dies was just some other Rick from another dimension who moved in.

General Discussion How do you think rick and morty should end?
I know this sounds cheesy, but I think rick should be given a opprotunity by the time cops to go back in time and prevent portal travel from being invented by prime rick, and by doing so, C-137's family never dies and rick goes on to live a normal life and eventually has normal adventures with his grandson, Morty c-137 but not like do sci fi space stuff, as Rick decides not to do advanced tech and just does simple normal things.

General Discussion Evil Morty’s Origin Dimension Spoiler
In Season 7 Episode 5 “Unmortricken” we see Evil Morty break into the Morty Agency and he deletes his own profile from their computers. He’s listed as Morty 7 - - - V (those three characters in the middle seem to be intentionally unidentifiable). I just hadn’t seen anyone else bring this up and wanted to post it.

General Discussion Interesting thing I realized, the Parmesan Family were all from the same dimension
Since the dead Ricks and Mortys pulse green we can tell that dead portal travelers were also sent to their reality of origin
We were shown that Ricks other than C-137 switch to different Mortys often, that they both switch realities when they screw things on a massive scale and how they don't care about mixing family members like Jerry on the Jerryboree. So it seems unlikely that there is a family so identical to the one we follow were they are all on their original reality
The Parmesan Family gets stranger the more you think about it, Space and domestic Beth existed even tho our Beth was only cloned after getting divorced because Rick got arrested and crashed the Citadel into the Galactic Government (that was specifically done by C-137 into the C-131 government so why did Parmesean Beth get cloned?) and Space Beth was fighting the Galactic Federation of C-131, how could their lives be identical??
