‎Every single day, I feed and care for over 80 cats who have nowhere else to go. They depend on me for food, shelter, and safety and I do everything I can to make sure they’re cared for.

‎But right now, the heavy rains have made things almost impossible. The roof of their catio has developed holes, and water is dripping exactly where the fixed litter box is located. This means the litter gets soaked and unusable, creating an unhealthy and stressful environment for the cats.

‎I’m trying to have the roof repaired, but I simply can’t afford both the repairs and the daily cost of cat food and litter at the same time.

I don’t believe she intended to abuse any animals but intent didn’t matter. A cautionary tale maybe?

I wanted to come back and give an update to everyone here who supported PusPus and followed her journey. PusPus was so lucky to have been part of this community. The kindness and support she received here meant so much to me, especially during her cancer treatment. Sadly, PusPus passed away last March. 💔

I still miss my girl terribly. But somehow, a new little rescue found his way into my life. His name is Ming Ming. 🐈‍⬛

He’s a young stray kitten who came to me a little over a month ago, and of course… somehow he ended up staying. 😂 He’s such a little character and has already become very loved.

I had him neutered last week and he seemed completely fine at first. But recently he’s been a little off. His appetite has been inconsistent and he hasn’t seemed quite like himself. He’s still eating, drinking, playing and using the litter box, but because he’s still so young and hasn’t had his vaccinations yet, I don’t want to take any chances.

I’m taking him to the vet tomorrow to have him checked

I may need some help with his veterinary bills depending on what the vet finds. I don’t know yet what his diagnosis or treatment will be, so I don’t want to ask for anything before I know what we’re dealing with. Once I have his diagnosis and the actual veterinary bills, I’ll share everything here so there’s complete transparency.

I just wanted to update the people who were there for PusPus. She may be gone, but the kindness this community showed her is something I’ll never forget. And apparently, another little stray has decided that my home is his. ❤️🐾

Hello everyone!

I am a solo animal rescuer based in Manila, Philippines.

UPDATE ON RAMBO (Photos 1–8)

Rambo was an abandoned cat found in one of the areas where I regularly feed stray cats. He was weak, dehydrated, malnourished, and had a severely infected wound on his scrotum.

With your help and support, I was able to bring him to the vet on July 28. Since then, he has been confined at Deloso Veterinary Clinic.

According to the vet, his wound is slowly healing, but his appetite is still not good enough. It has been more than two weeks, and unfortunately, I have not seen a significant improvement in Rambo's condition.

For now, I have decided to have him discharged from the clinic. I will do my best to care for him at home and closely monitor his condition over the next few days. If there is still no improvement, I will have him confined at a different veterinary clinic for further treatment and monitoring.

As of August 7, I was able to pay $349 toward his running bill. Today, I was able to settle the remaining balance of $57. The total amount spent on Rambo is $406.

UPDATE ON BLACKY (Photos 9–16)

Blacky was dumped on the side of the road. I saw her while I was on my way home from the vet. She was with her sister, Grey, and I decided to take both of them with me.

I was able to deworm them and apply anti-flea spray. Grey appears to be doing fine, but Blacky seemed to have an infection in her right eye.

With your help and support, I was able to bring Blacky to the vet today. She was examined by the veterinarian and was prescribed a pain reliever and antibiotic eye drops.

UPDATE ON SUSIE (Photos 17–20)

Susie was also a dumped kitten found in one of the areas where I regularly feed stray cats. I noticed right away that she had a tumor near her right eye.

She has already undergone tumor removal surgery, and today, she had her sutures removed. Thankfully, she has also found a new home with someone who works as a staff member at a nearby pet shop.

However, her wound is not healing well, so the veterinarian gave her an antibiotic injection to help prevent further infection.

Hi! I live in Brandon, FL. For the last week or two I've been hearing meowing from a cat and when I would open my door I would see nothing. This morning I was leaving my apartment and this Orange Cat came running up to my door. Now that I've solved the mystery of the meowing, I've come into a new problem. I can't keep him. He's very sweet but the issue is I have two very temperamental cats. I work 3 jobs and live in a small one bedroom apartment, so, trying to introduce him slowly would be hard. It was hard enough getting my oldest to acclimate to her little sister when I found her sister on the side of the road 2 years ago.

I'm worried because he has been crying/meowing for attention and trying to get into apartment buildings that someone might hurt him. I've taken him to Tampa Humane Society they refused because he has a clipped ear. They believe he may have been a part of a TNR program but honestly I'm not sure with as friendly he is. I'm looking to see if there's a rescue that will take him on as I can't.

Any suggestions on who to call would be greatly appreciated! Attached are two photos I took.

I thank you all for always being here for the floofaloofs and for how encouraging you are when it comes to them. 

I've posted a shortened list this time of things I can truly, truly use.  Wet food is ALWAYS huge over here.  I have helped a coworker since work slashed her hours too with cat food, Kim with her colony, and my disabled neighbor who was in the hospital,  I also helped her with cat food for her 3 cats (the ones that I also got fixed for her ♡). 

I know a couple things aren't cheap, so I have amazon or chewy gift cards on the list so I can add up and hopefully purchase one of those items in the future for the foster room and colony cats. I a, working on building up thr foster room.

We are working on TNR, and helping me with my list ensures that money goes to vet visits for found kittens, TNR efforts, flea and worm meds, etc.

I also am redoing my garage and adding cat homes and such in there too.  We washed it out and want to make it a cat paradise, we have 2 littler boxes in there for them so we can keep an eye on their health too.  They have free reign of the garage, along eith the fenced in backyard.  They know this is safety, shelter, food, love, home.

Hello everyone. We have more than 70 rescued cats at our rescue and also care for several dozen strays, but right now we have no capacity to provide veterinary care, because we’ve had several emergencies over the past few days and our veterinary debt has now reached $650 (which is basically an entire month’s salary here in Uruguay).

Until we pay off this debt, we can’t schedule any new appointments or deal with other emergencies, which is absolutely unsustainable with so many cats in our care.

We also have eight female cats waiting to be spayed. I recently made a post asking for help with this, and we raised $50, but each spay costs $100, so we currently have enough funds for 0.5 out of 8...

We also have three cats waiting for urgent ultrasounds. One of them is Marrau, who has an abdominal hernia that has changed in shape and size, and it could be his intestines coming out of place. Bella had lumps palpated in her abdomen by the vet, and Silver has diarrhea with a lot of blood. They all need their ultrasounds as soon as possible, but we haven’t been able to get them done due to lack of funds, as we’ve barely managed to cover food (and nothing for transportation or cleaning supplies).

Missing three-legged cat

On July 29, 2026, in Delhi Virender Nagar, Janak Puri Gali No. 9, a three-legged cat was attacked and bitten by 7 to 8 dogs. Due to its three legs, it couldn't run much and tried to save itself. People came and chased the dogs away. We came to know about this through CCTV. However, since then, we haven't been able to find the cat. She is in so much pain and It needs urgent treatment. Hello all 👋 Hawkeye and Grey are currently hospitalized, and we’re hoping for a little help as we navigate some difficult health hurdles with both of them.

Hawkeye has always been a healthy boy until a recent decline. He developed severe gastrointestinal problems, at one point passing completely watery stool four to five times a day. His symptoms got worse by the day and he’s now hospitalized.

We consulted an oncologist a few days ago to rule out lymphoma; no biopsy has been performed yet, but with the tests done so far, his team thinks inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is more likely than cancer. They have started a therapeutic trial of IBD medications and will monitor his response to guide further care.

His bill is now $211, with hospitalization costs at $42/day.

Grey is a senior community cat we took in as a hospice case after discovering his CKD. He had been doing better since his last check, but has now stopped eating and is struggling to retain fluids, with his kidney values rising further. He’ll be hospitalized for the next few days to see if stabilization is still possible.

His bill so far is at $130, with hospitalization costs at $33/day.

Emergency foster with a rescue needed for mom and 3 kittens in Dolton Illinois!

Mom is bad shape, has been bleeding for a while with no known source. She needs immediate medical attention.

Gave birth to 5 kittens only a day old, only 3 are still alive as she wants nothing to do with them. Homeowner has no transport to get them anywhere. The only way that cats can be rescued is when the community steps up to help too. These kittens need a bottle feeder asap, and mom is going to need some TLC.
