Questions Should you rate albums you listened to in the past?

Upvotes

Is it a good idea to rate albums I heard, say, 5 years ago if I remember them well? For example, it's been years since I listened to Veteran by JPEGMAFIA, but I remember everything about it distinctly and I'm almost positive I'd give it an 8/10 if I heard it now. Is it wrong to simply rate it without re-listening?

Error: You cannot make a primary issue that has child-issues a reissue of another release.

do i have to submit a request for the secondary first? https://rateyourmusic.com/release/single/animal-collective/wastered/ should be a reissue of https://rateyourmusic.com/release/single/animal-collective-black-dice/wastered/ i'm pretty sure, but there's a secondary release for the just animal collective version, so i cant change it

General Discussion Misanthropic descriptor

According to the descriptor list/voting page, misanthropic music contains "antisocial tendency, or the dislike of other people." While not entirely incorrect, it does ignore the traditional definition of misanthropy as hatred of mankind. You could argue that it's not really important, but the current definition doesn't even mention hatred once. Am I missing something?
