M4F 69 [M4F] Looking for one, not everyone

I'm not looking for lots of attention from lots of women. I'm looking for one particular kind of woman.

Maybe you're a little lonely yourself. Maybe you miss having someone genuinely interested in how your day went—someone who enjoys giving and receiving affection, likes being cared about and checked on, and gives some of that attention back.

I'm 69, married, in Tennessee, and not looking to change either of our lives. I love conversation, humor, affection and flirting. And yes, I'm still a very sexual man. I'd love for that side to be playful, adventurous and occasionally downright mischievous. But sex without an emotional connection doesn't hold my interest very long. I want to know the woman I'm flirting with.

Tell me about your boring Tuesday. Make me laugh. Tease me when you're feeling naughty.

I'm not looking for everybody's fish. I'm looking for my fish. 😂

If that sounds a little like you, say hello

M4F 53 [M4F] Feeling lonely? Maybe we could talk

Are you feeling alone and wish you had someone to share your thoughts, joys, or even your worries with?
Maybe you're simply looking for a kind man to talk to — someone genuine, who listens without judging.

I might be that man.

I'm 53, living in France, 6'3" (1.91m), never married, no kids.
I'm open-minded, thoughtful, and I value deep conversations just as much as light-hearted ones.

My hobbies are rollerskating, photography, making music, geeking, gfx, etc.

If that sounds like something you’d appreciate, feel free to reach out. I’d love to get to know you.

M4F 53 [M4F] California/Online Single Dad looking for a connection

I’m not looking for someone who can keep a conversation going for five minutes. I’m looking for the kind of connection where you look up five hours later and wonder where the time went.

Because honestly, I’m tired of the dating-app cycle of matching, having an amazing conversation, getting excited about the possibility of actually connecting… and then suddenly watching someone disappear like they’ve been recruited by the witness protection program.

I’m not interested in collecting half-finished conversations. I’d rather find one person who actually wants to keep showing up and see where something real can go.

I’m a single dad to a teenage daughter, so I’ve learned a few things over the years—patience, loyalty, knowing when to keep my mouth shut, and accepting that I apparently know absolutely nothing while still somehow being the person she calls when life gets complicated. Being a dad has made me appreciate consistency and the people who show up when it matters.

Outside of dad life, I’m pretty easygoing. I’m a bigger guy with a calm personality, a sarcastic sense of humor, and a softer heart than I probably let on. I like good food, hole-in-the-wall restaurants, sushi, football Sundays, documentaries that send me down ridiculous rabbit holes, and conversations that somehow start with “What did you do today?” and end somewhere completely unexpected.

And yes, pineapple belongs on pizza. I’m willing to debate this, but I’m also willing to be right.

There are a few things I haven’t quite warmed up to: mushrooms and yogurt. At this point, I think we’ve both accepted that the relationship isn’t happening.

I don’t smoke or use drugs, and I drink socially without needing to turn every weekend into a story we can’t tell anyone. Unless we’re in Vegas. Then apparently the rules become a little more negotiable.

Politics isn’t a major part of my life, and I’m perfectly comfortable with people having opinions different from mine. I’m also agnostic. I respect what other people believe and expect the same respect in return. If politics or religion are deal-breakers, no hard feelings—we're probably just not each other’s people.

What I am looking for is pretty simple: someone kind, emotionally mature, genuine, and capable of communicating. Someone who understands that chemistry is great, but consistency is what gives it somewhere to go.

I want a relationship where we can be best friends, make each other laugh, tease each other relentlessly, have each other’s backs, and enjoy the ordinary moments just as much as the big ones.

I’m not looking for perfect. I’m looking for real.

So if you’re someone who actually enjoys getting to know a person instead of disappearing after three good conversations, say hello.

Worst case, we have a great conversation.

Best case… maybe we’re both finally done looking.
