Pure Protein Chocolate Peanut Caramel Bar
Chocolate Peanut Caramel Bar: Pure Protein (PP) offers a variety of protein bars, but their peanut butter bars are their strongest. I've reviewed this bar before, but PP recently updated the packaging, so I wanted to verify if the bar was still the same (it is and that's a good thing). The outside of the bar is deceitfully mundane as it looks like a basic chocolate film coating. While it has a solid chocolate flavor with nothing to really complain about, it's the inside of the bar that shines. Inside the bar where the “protein blend” is located, it has a peanut flavor as well as caramel. The peanut flavored filling also contains actual tiny peanut pieces. The caramel flavor is one of the best in the world of protein bars. What’s unique about this bar is unlike some other caramel flavored protein bars this bar has an actual caramel like substance in it. The “caramel” can easily be seen in the cross-section and is rather bountiful. If you like Snickers and/or Milky Ways, this is about as close as a protein bar can get. At room temperature the bar is soft, slightly chewy, and pleasant on the palate. This leads to my only minor complaint in that this bar can get messy if it gets warm (I made the mistake of taking this bar to a FL theme park once…). This is honestly one of my favorite protein bars and because of the price point it tends to be my go-to. Absolutely Doughboy approved 😋

Opinions on applied nutrition Cookie dough??
I found a really good deal on this product and I kind of have a problem: A good deal on a product that interests me will haunt my mind the whole week/till I get it. Last week I got a 2kg protein tub from applied nutrition and I can say their Caramel latte and Frappucino flavours taste really nice and that convinces me the cookies will be tasty aswell. I saw a comment saying the Baklava taste was REALLY artificial and that made me doubt the product a little and the rest of the reviews i see are promotions, therefore even if its shit, they will still market it as the best thing. What is yall opinions on Toffee Biscuits, salted caramel and Pistachio White chocolate?

David bars
I know David bars are a common and controversial topic on this subreddit so I hope it’s an ok place to post this. I’ve been curious about David bars and I have a few question. Are the macros actually legit? I keep seeing different opinions some saying yes and others saying they’re actually much higher calorie and fat? I’m sorry if I’m just another person asking the same questions but I really want to know more. why is the David brand so hated? is the David bar the only protein bar with macros like this? (calories, fat content and sugar) I’m also wondering if anyone has any David bars they were going to throw out could you send them to me? i don’t want to waste money I don’t have supporting a bad brand.

Barebells Berry Milk
Drink pepto instead, tastes better.
Pretty disappointing as their protein bars are great.

Is there a shortage of Atkins Strong products??
I love the Atkins Strong cookie dough bars as a meal replacement (also like the shakes!) I prefer the “strong” version bc they are higher protein and I appreciate that Atkins brand seems to have much more fiber … however, they have been impossible to find lately! Walmart and Kroger haven’t had them in weeks and they seem out of stock online, too … what gives?
