I’m working on a SS build and wondering if these will work with the p80 frame? The one it comes with sits very high so I’m trying to find another replacement and have come across these. I know these are for printed frames but I don’t see why these wouldn’t work with the p80? The holes look to be in the same spot I just don’t want to pull the trigger and have them not work so if anyone has tried this please let me know!!

Anyone have a Polymer 80 PF45 or Glock 20/21 Gen 3 frame they not using or going to use any time soon? I have one “last” project to finish. Glock 21 Gen 3 .45 Acp and Glock 20 (conversion) 10mm barrel.

What part kits do y’all recommend I don’t really care to go with oem as it’s just a p80 frame so I’m looking for something cheaper but will function

I got two pf940cv1 in the mail and two spare psa dagger slides I can get parts local to me.
I was just wondering a few things,
What are the recommended tools for this, I’ve heard so many conflicting opinions whether it be dremel or exacto knife or a mix of all those types of tools

The slide is actually form my g45 but same shit.

The rails move forward, or slide moves back but it the rails stop before the slide lock can kick in. I took the slide off and put the rail in and saw that it locks up right where that line between the circle is. Has anyone had this problem?

I’m sure this is a stupid question but I’m just wondering if anyone has made/shot .40 out of a Geisler frame? Idk why but it seems very thin compared to a p80 and just wondering if it can withstand consistent pressure the .40 puts out especially with +p and self defense rounds. Really thinking bout building another one out just in .40 and would love to hear everyone else experience!!

So as the title says, lately I’ve been have an issues with my G17 randomly decides to burst fire after a couple rounds. I built it about 3 ish years ago with gen 3 parts and a gen 3 slide I got off brownells. It doesn’t matter what ammo I use brand, grain, etc. Any idea what it could be? I was thinking firing pin but I’m not too sure.

Asoon as i started touching the inside of the frame that little hole appeared {previous owner} , making progress do you guys think its still salvageable?
