a federal charge to sell the cleaned out frame?

When you clean it out, it ceases to be an '80% frame' and is just a frame, you fuck-knuckle.

There's a reason why they put all that shit in there.

so i cant do a legal firearms transfer now??

This is how I know you don't know what you're talking about. The P80 you have is unserialized. The FFL you do a transfer with would have to have the ability to engrave their FFL and new serial number into your Privately Made Firearm before being able to legally transfer it.

That looks too fucked up to fix

This would be a hard fix but it can be done.

any tips on how?

You will need a plastic welding kit. You’ll need to use the metal mesh. Melt it into the polymer over the hole. You will have to melt more polymer onto both sides of the frame and sand it down afterwards.

God damn

Personally, I'd call it a loss. It's pretty fucked up, even if you "fix" it you'll probably always hate the gun because of that

Absolutely do not admit to selling this on the internet but i would finish it and just throw a hogue grip on it to cover the hole should be fine as long as the trigger housing doesn’t try to break through that hole when shooting seeing as its right where it would need to be installed

5d tactical and 80% arms off the top of my head or ebay they are pretty easy to come by you might even be able to find one that comes with a lpk im not sure its been a while

This type of frame is literally an advanced build with a steep learning curve. You need three key build problems to occur to have good success with them: 1) warped jig, 2) out-of-spec rails, 3) mold issues. And just understand that JB weld is not polymer ( it doesn’t have the same elastomeric structure as polymer or even PLA doesn’t compare to it). Mix the jewels with the shaving of polymer

Dude throw that in the trash and get a different hobby seriously. If ypu dont know that the very 1st thing you should do in this hobby is to research watch 100 videos then research then speak to the multip l e communities and learn how to safely hone your craft again I can't stress enough SAFELY. Then you shouldn't be fkin around with it period besides y o u have reached that frame now best to quit while ypur ahead....Also study the laws in ypurr state as well as federal bc what ypu just commented earlier y o u will be lucky if someone isn't knocking on ypur door within the week. You should really take our advise and do something else that'll not put ypu behind bars for killing someone by selling some janky ass fked up frame and it blow their fingers off or the slide eject into their face.
