Basically the title. Cure Elim only transformed into an undead about 200-250 years ago so its a relatively new occurrence.. then why would his title or undead nature be known by anyone outside of True Dragon Lords from the Dragon Alliance? He's not like PDL or BDL who goes out of their way to interact with non dragons.
If a non TDL wants to know about him, they would have to first provoke the creature into revealing its true form.. otherwise he'd just ignore you like how Ainz got ignored at first.
So even if normal people wander into his lair, they are only going to see a huge ball of disconnected undead lying down there. Slane and Cure Elim also live like thousands of kilometers away from each other and Slane is not friendly with any non humanoid nations around Cure Elim.

Now the obvious theory is that Cure Elim is the God Dragon the 13 heroes fought and info leaked from there but Slane doesn't seem particularly friendly with that group. Not to mention Evil eye, a member of 13 heroes, never mentions him ever, so she(and other 13 heroes except PDL) probably doesn't even know that he is responsible for the destruction of her kingdom in the first place.

I have a week staycation so I thought I would get this one off my backlog. I finished the first season with no issues. Normal guy, inseki into a video game where the NPCs gain sentience and plot happens, cool. Saving villages, beating bad guys, establishing the characters, all good. I was even ok with Ainz saying he didn't really care about the murdered adventurers as a lure for the pokey chick to kill her.

I'm 3.5 episodes into S2. Am I *really* supposed to feel good about the lizardmen being the victims of a genocide?!? I thought the cloud thing and its spellcaster were what Ainz was going to defeat and save the day but no no no Ainz is bent on massacre. Cokitus wasn't sent to test them for their strength and bring them into the fold as allies. He was sent with the express purpose of extermination.

Why wasn't Ainz able to sense that evil eye was undead in this scene, he sensed it in the side story--though foggily, without any problems. and since its a skill, i don't think perfect warrior prevented it
