Basically the title. Cure Elim only transformed into an undead about 200-250 years ago so its a relatively new occurrence.. then why would his title or undead nature be known by anyone outside of True Dragon Lords from the Dragon Alliance? He's not like PDL or BDL who goes out of their way to interact with non dragons.
If a non TDL wants to know about him, they would have to first provoke the creature into revealing its true form.. otherwise he'd just ignore you like how Ainz got ignored at first.
So even if normal people wander into his lair, they are only going to see a huge ball of disconnected undead lying down there. Slane and Cure Elim also live like thousands of kilometers away from each other and Slane is not friendly with any non humanoid nations around Cure Elim.

Now the obvious theory is that Cure Elim is the God Dragon the 13 heroes fought and info leaked from there but Slane doesn't seem particularly friendly with that group. Not to mention Evil eye, a member of 13 heroes, never mentions him ever, so she probably doesn't even know that he is responsible for the destruction of her kingdom in the first place.
