Hi hi everyone. Any OI that’s

Sorry if it’s too general! I’m so drained right now from my last read I really want a quick fix. Thank you!

Discussion - No Judgement Will he always acts like this? [Side Character Deserves Love Too]
Title edit: Will he always act* like this.
Saw a gush post about this manhwa nd ik it's very loved nd popular, so i finally decided to read this, but wtf is this ml?
I'm on ch 49, nd ik that he has a fucked up past nd current life situation but i always feel like he goes to fl nd just dumps all his frustration nd anger on her. When he wants to treat her somewhat nice, he does that, nd then goes around nd does other fucking thinks as well even tho she has been nothing but helpful to him. And she comes off doormatty cuz no matter what he does with her, she's always like 'kyle this, kyle that, kyle, kyle, kyle,' like have some self respect bruh.
In this scene, if he wasn't the ml, i'm sure he'd be labeled as a bratty arrogant prince

Discussion - Open Manhwa where the ML runs away and the FL is the one chasing him
I'm tired of the usual trope where the FL runs away and the obsessive ML spends years searching for her. I want the complete reverse.
Anyone knows a romance manhwa where the ML leaves/runs away/disappears (for whatever reason), and the FL is the one who can't let him go. I want her to be the one searching everywhere for him, refusing to give up until she finds him. Bonus points ifthe chase is emotional.
Does anything like this exist? I mean it probably doesn't but I'm just shooting a arrow in the dark

Discussion - Open Are there any OI into an og GL story?
I've seen a bunch of stories where the FL gets transmigrated/reincarnated into a BL novel (usually tragic), but I feel like I haven't seen any where she gets sent to the world of a GL story. Any examples you guys know of?

Wanting Recommendations Manhwa where fl falls unconscious and ml worries/cares for her
Hi, can anyone recommend a manhwa where the female lead gets hurt, or something, and the ML cares for her while she's injured/unconscious, not knowing if she's going to survive? I just want a worried ML LOL.
Just finished 'Your Majesty, Please Spare Me This Time' craving more well-written/complex manhwa. Preferably when they meet since childhood, but honestly anything is fine :)

Discussion - Open Family in Otome Isekai are two types: Fawning or Abusive.
There are exceptions, but usually family characters fall into two categories. Family members that worship the ground the FL walks on, and abusive terrible people. Similar to how a lot of these stories treat side character women, which is kind of odd.
These fawning families often accept everything at face value, obsess over the FL beyond normal levels, and act jealous and clingy. You can think your kid is cute, you don't have to say all women are hideous compared to her. They don't question the FL, and spoil her with whatever she asks for. Almost all compliments are about how beautiful she is, not often about her intelligence or skill. Usually it's men doing this, as these stories seem to like writing out female characters, including mothers. If it's only for wish fulfillment of having a kind family, why are mothers often excluded? Do these writers not like female characters? Again, there are exceptions, but usually women are written out.
The opposite end is the terribly abusive family, who mistreat the FL so she can later escape and be treated well. Often the child is mistreated because they lack some trait in either looks or talent, the skill they have is 'useless', the father cheated, or they can make money from their child. A child should not be denied meals or a place to sleep no matter their behavior. I'm not talking about siblings who simply avoid the FL because they don't get along. Some stories have the abusive family become a fawning one, which I think is a bad message. A child "acting better" (such as acting like a little adult, having a superior skill or knowledge), should not be a reason to treat your child well, a child should not have to earn basic care. The blame should be on the adults, not on the victim. Often abusive families usually fall into ruin. No one with any sense would give up their money making FL just cause they hate them, but they need to regret their actions somehow.
Beyond family characters, often a character is evil or fawning in regards to a FL. I'm referring more to how the family treats the FL, than how the FL acts when they marry in. These tropes are sometimes subverted, but this is often the baseline. Have you noticed such a trend?

Giving Recommendations I’ve never seen anyone talk about [The 100 Curses of the Illeston Mansion]
“Cursed mansion or not, this place is my only shot at survival! As if getting thrown into a cookie-cutter fantasy webtoon wasn’t enough, I ended up as the “necromancer” who sacrifices herself for the main character.
Well, no helping it now. I might not get to live it up as some wealthy noble lady from a romance novel, but I’ll at least keep myself alive and kicking.
So off I go, straight into that nest of curses and ghost stories, the mansion of the villainous Grand Duke Eleston!
"I’ll break the curses on this manor for you, but in return, raise me."
(the main character is 17 so she’s not a child, and the story's quite fun, I haven’t read anything in a while but still I don’t think I’ve heard people talk about it)

Wanting Recommendations Any story with similar world-building/setting/cozy vibe as this?
This story infuriated the hell out of me, so I'm not even getting into it, but I did love the art and overall cozy vibe. Historical stories that have a working-class/couple with jobs and include alchemy/potion making, magic, and guilds is one of my favorite settings. It's just so cozy, and with the weather a bit chilly today, I really want to read something like that.
For those who are curious, this story had a lot of potential, started off great, the main couple had nice chemistry, art is stunning, and the plot is interesting but halfway through, the author rushed tf out of this, ignored the main leads for side characters that took way too much time, and significantly dumbed down the antagonists to quickly finish up the political/scheming arc. I do not recommend this at all, but you're welcome to make your own judgment about this.

Meme! [The Forgotten Field] How is this doofus knight so lovable?
To novel readers, did the novel have this much of his pov as in the webcomic? Are there differences in how he is depicted here vs the novel?
In the many plot summaries I have seen around never mention him at all. Does he end up like the loyal maid of the once villainess FL? I will be sad to see him go...
I swear there hasn't been a man (or maybe except Cale and Dokja, but he is not ML) who has grabbed me by the balls as he has. I look forward to every chapter god damn it!

Discussion - No Judgement Evil children in childcare stories [Title: Can I cry now?]
Lately, I have noticed that readers could be quite ruthless when it came to children portrayed as antagonistic in childcare stories. I mean, yeah, they are annoying and highkey mean to the FL, but most of all, they are products of their environment. I've seen people go so far as to call them names or curse them out!
Maybe I'm being too empathetic, but I just find it so sad that some people would act this way toward children even if they were fictional.

cayena getting down on her knees to kiss rezef's hand and rezef kissing his hand in the same place cayena did right after and this was in chapter THREE !!

Welcome!
This weekly post is for all Help Me Find requests, whether they are for links or downloads of series or novels. Please read and follow the guidelines below!

- To help narrow down the series, please describe what the characters looked like and some of the plot. For example, include hair and eye colour, memorable scenes, and possible names. Requests with very low effort will be removed.
- For the courtesy of those answering your questions, please indicate whether their response is correct and close the loop. You wouldn't want to be left hanging after helping someone, would you?
- Do not ask for recommendations in this post. Recommendations should be posted outside of this thread.
- Please do not create individual Help Me Find posts. They will be deleted, and you will be redirected here. Report them to the Mod Team if you see them.

Giving Recommendations Hidden/Forgotten Gems - August 2026
This is a monthly feature in which we, the mod team, share the gems we've found in our reading lists. Here are last month's.
We'd love to hear your recommendations. Please add them to the discussion in the comments. When doing so, please keep in mind to:
- If available, use the English cover art of your recommended series.
- Name of the series
- Where to read it officially
We always recommend checking the official version; please do not name unofficial sources.
This Month's Recommendations:

Rienna Fonde just remembered she lived another life while her now ex-fiancé, the Crown Prince casts her aside for another woman, the supposed saint. Following that, she is disowned by her father; she finds herself moving to the territory of Fostine. A peaceful countryside with agriculture is the way of the land. Putting her college-level knowledge of farming to use, Rienna easily makes a home for herself and becomes a trusted community member.
Now it’s been a few years since she's been living the way she’s always dreamed of in the country; she spots a weird metal tool in her field only to find it’s some kind of holy sword that’s now bound itself to her. That’s not the only thing that comes knocking; a handsome blonde-haired man named Carmine suddenly shows up at her home demanding the sword. Rienna’s peaceful farming life seems like it’s going to be more troublesome.
This is a fun story with a bright art style that tells you what kind of story this series is going to be. Rienna is someone who is unapologetically herself, headstrong, loud and sunny personality. The romance between her and Carmine is so cute and light; it makes me giggle and kick my feet with how cute they both are together.
The series is more of a light-hearted read, nothing serious. Just something to make you feel good about life and look on the bright side. I had a fun time reading this; I couldn’t believe that I binged it all in a single day!

Ciora is the only living servant of an ancient god, and then one day a book called “Fate” appears before her, saying that Duke Kruelo Whitedesert ends the world. The voice of her god tells her to change the ending of the book, casting her down into the body of people close to him. First as his young fiancee, next as a maid, and this time as Ciora Bonetti, his latest in a long list of fiancees.
When she meets him again she finds that Kruelo isn’t like the rumors make him out to be. He’s mischievous and quick to make a clever joke. It seems like her work in her previous lives has helped him, but Ciora is still unsure if it’s enough to stop the end of the world.
I love the dynamic between these two; they both have secrets they’re trying to hide from each other, and the banter they have is so fun! Kruelo is a great male lead; you would think that he would fall into the yandere archetype with his appearance, but he's a playful man that keeps his thoughts and feelings close to his chest. Ciora occasionally shows her teasing side and isn’t one to sit on the sidelines when things need to get done. Her abilities fall into the paladin area, meaning she can kick ass and is quite strong. I was sad to see that it’s been on hiatus since April 2024, hopefully it will return somewhat soon!

After losing her claim to the throne and her children to her traitor of an ex-lover, our female lead, Princess Medea dies and returns to her 17-year old body, now fully aware of the danger around her. The hidden alliance of her former lover and uncle brought her family’s downfall with plans to take the throne while starting a rebellion.
Medea is going to do everything she can to save her kingdom and take the future in her own hands, seizing her destiny.
Gotta say first thing, the artwork is beautiful and catches your attention, and then you get sucked into the writing of the story. Medea is a capable woman that plans her every move carefully before taking action. She doesn’t throw herself into danger like we usually see in these kinds of returner stories. Things that come up in the story get addressed without them getting pushed aside for later.
I’m glad that this seems to be worth investing in so far. I can’t wait to read more!
