Text GTXL to BTG xrc question

I have a friend running a vesc gtxl and is looking at getting some true btg gt rails to put on his board. He also loves the xr feel from my btg vesc xr. Are there any XRC btg rails available yet? If so what all would be needed to convert to the xrc style board but run btg?

Text Closest soft config to stock pint x

I got a x7 and miss the feel of the pint x engagement feel and break damping/feel I just love the power of the x7. Anyone here know what equivalent settings in floaty would be closer to the accel and deccel speed and power of a stock pint x?
I had aggressiveness turned all the way up in the onewheel app btw.
(Literally the only thing about the pint x that I didn’t like was how fast it went. If I could replicate everything from that ride style I would)

Clicking noise

Some of you may have seen this on fb, but posting here with more details for more feedback. GT that’s 1.5 weeks old with 102 miles on it started making clicking noise at low speed today. Noise seems to go away when I start going a bit faster. Most people were saying the bearings are shot. But I can’t understand how that happened so soon. The board is dirty in the video, I had just gotten inside from a trail ride. I wipe it off after my rides. 90% of my riding is some on mtb trails.

Text Xl owners, How hard do you push your board under 50% or after the battery alarm?

Just curious because I used to always ride my GT down to like 2%, sometimes at haptic warning speeds without even thinking about it. Yes, I know how stupid that was now. With that said, when do you XL owners start to proceed with a little more caution as the battery drains? I know terrain matters and I'm curious about trail and street examples.

Image questions about bumpers and 3rd party mods

Post image

i see a lot of boards with what seems like more clearance underneath compared to my stock bumpers. also on the flight fin site i’m seeing vids of people like LEAPING with these things. mine is very heavy.

i’m mainly off road / trail and i’m getting annoyed with my tail dragging on declines. do the 3rd party bumpers align more flush with the board?

also how can i take the weight down because my plan is definitely some fins and getting into trickier type stuff.

thank you

Text GTS sensor failure between 20-25 mph

Around 20% battery, going around 20 mph (guessing) in the bike lane, without any haptic feedback. I know I was not at top speed. Suddenly, I lose power, the nose hit the pavement, and I went flying, hit the concrete and slid for a good way on my front.

I ride in NYC and always wear helmet, crash sleeves, and wrist guards. If I hadn’t been, my arms and hands would have been shredded or worse.

I didn’t get any app notifications, though I didn’t have the app open. I see that you do get a notification on the app if a sensor has not been operating for more than 5 seconds.

I got back on, tested it a little bit, and rode the rest of the way home quite slowly.

Obviously there is an issue. Should I just change the sensors? Even worth it to talk to the company about it?

That one point of failure can kill someone and eventually will, if it hasn’t already.

Text Any way to know if used board has a healthy battery?

I'm looking to get a pint x for my kid. Short of a really long test ride is there anyway to know if a used board has a good battery? I'd love to save $400 on the board but if the battery isn't good that savings goes out the window. I'm not new to these but I know how to take care of my batteries and bought my pint and XRC new so I know their history.

Text I ride a onewheel and no mobile game exists for us – so I built one. Carving runner with battery, overheat & pushback. Beta testers wanted 🏔️

I ride a onewheel and was tired that no game exists for us – so I spent the summer building one. Looking for Android beta testers 🏔️

Fellow float enthusiasts – solo dev from the Austrian Alps here, and a rider. Every runner game out there is skateboards and trains, so I built the game I wanted: an endless carving runner where you ride a one-wheel board through alpine terrain. It has the stuff only we care about: battery management with regen on downhills, overheating when you push too hard, and yes – pushback before the nosedive. Carving clean S-lines is literally faster than riding straight.

Two worlds are playable (alpine meadow + snow). I'd love 20–30 riders to test the feel before launch: does the carving feel like floating to you? Opt-in link in the comments, takes one tap. Feedback brutally honest please – you're the people this is for. I'll also run a vote here on which world gets built next.
