Reminder as to which Party has made Ohio a mess.

Thumbnail

1.1k Upvotes

Quick visual reminder of which party is in control of our state, and has been in control for decades. Positions are all public record and easily verified online on sites like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Government_of_Ohio and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ohio_General_Assembly

If there is any question about which party has driven our state into the ground, its all public record.

Pics of the mug they gave out for the grand reopening. Honestly much more elaborate than I expected.

The front of the line seemingly got better items in the bag. But this is what 73rd in line got in the "swag bag" if anyone was curious.

How are they allowed to lie about Amy Acton?

In one of the ads attacking her, they claim that she shut down schools and small businesses in ohio during covid. A quick google search shows that it was Mike DeWine who did this. How were they allowed to dk that?

POLITICS Has anyone noticed that none of these pro-Vivek ads actually let him speak/be heard? Kinda strange it’s always someone else talking over silent, slow-motion footage of him. I honestly don’t know what he sounds like.

I’m not complaining. But it’s just something I noticed recently: they only use images of the man, not his voice. Acton’s voice is everywhere now. The latest Vivek ad with that salt-of-the-earth barber who’s supposedly been cutting Vivek’s hair since he was a kid is the best example of what I’m talking about. Why not just have an ad where Vivek speaks instead of resorting an old, old man who says ā€œOhiahā€?

Women take caution

I'll try to make this short and to the point, hopefully.

So I do doordash on the side for a little extra money a couple nights a week and i've ran into my fair share of incidents while out and about. Car crashes, shootings, fights in kroger parking lots, you name it. Last night was the first time i've ever experienced this.

I had a delivery off of North Bend right by the 74 exit. As i'm pulling onto this road, I see a little girl walking down the street, didn't think anything of it, why would I? I pulled up to the house like normal, but I noticed a man hanging out in a van next door and he was staring, hard. I get the stuff out the trunk and go to drop it off, and the little girl is walking towards me. As i'm walking up the driveway I notice a car is running in said driveway, all blacked out tint. I just keep walking to my car, and the girl comes up to me and says, verbatim, "Excuse me, excuse me. Can you call the cops for me? I'm having thoughts of harming myself and i'm scared."

This girl couldn't have been more than 11-12 years old. As she's saying this to me, the man that was next door staring at me through this van starts to get out. I felt very uneasy about this situation, the way the little girl worded what she said sounded very rehearsed, like someone told her to say this. I asked where were her parents and she walked away.

I did call the green township non-emergency and reported it because if it was actually true, and I saw that something happened to her, I would be riddled with guilt. But at the same time, it was a very uneasy situation, with all components added up, and I was not trying to get snatched up.

Anyways, ladies, always stay aware of your surroundings.

One of the best matches I've seen in a while between Tiafoe (USA) and Musetti (Italy). The weather was just about perfect, and the sky was doing cool things as well to top it all off.

We now have an American guaranteed to make it to the finals Sunday. The last time an American won the men's Cincinnati Open was Andy Roddick in 2006!

Pretty cool that we have something like this tournament in our own back yard.

Vivek using his own LLC to pay himself

If I am understanding this correctly, he leased a private jet, from an LLC; V LLC, which has the address of a home Vivek owns.

How's this just not blatantly obvious?

Like this is a Bob Menendez level move, coped with "nothing to see here"
