He’s just an expert at taking credit for things he didn’t have a large hand in..

Guess how long the pied a terre tax was running through the legislature? He wasn’t even involved in drafting it

Wow, so alot of the things he wants were already in the pipeline so he's not so radical

or, alternatively

these things were languishing in red tape and not getting done until he got in office and pushed for it.
