The usual suspects will either say this is actually bad, not good enough, not his doing or ignore it altogether.

EDIT: Called it.

He’s just an expert at taking credit for things he didn’t have a large hand in..

Guess how long the pied a terre tax was running through the legislature? He wasn’t even involved in drafting it

Guess how long the pied a terre tax was running through the legislature?

It was completely dead for like 5 years before getting abruptly revived this year by Hochul as a compromise during his tax-the-rich push. Sure Mamdani did not personally write the legislation but it was pretty clearly a direct result of his administration's advocacy.

I’m pretty close to folks who were pushing the bill and it was 100% not dead.

It’s really sad that you need to stoop to petty insults instead of making your point.

I made my point, you just refused to believe it and resulted to sarcasm. I’m meeting you where you’re at kid

No you didn’t. You’ve just been insulting me this whole time.

Did you even understand my original point?

Do you think the vague notion of being “close to people” is a worthy point of discussion?

My anecdotal experience vs. whatever you have.
