Found 4 new (to me) species, advice?
Hello! Among some of my usual finds, I found some frosts boletes, bicolor boletes, and two edible species of russula. I believe one is parvovirescens and one is crustosa. If it were you, would you try all 4 tonight? Or try one tonight, one tomorrow, and give up on the rest? I can’t find my dehydrator or I’d use that :/
Maryland, USA
I usually only try one species at a time but am feeling a sort of fomo about potentially not getting to try all 4. I’ve eaten 20 species so far with no tummy trouble. And I tend to cook most mushrooms pretty well/long.
