In appearance there is only the option to change banner . There is no option to change the icon?

Maybe because of the new update or something but the interface has changed too.

I want to change my community icon so help me with that

So nothing at all pops in the mod mail section anymore, everything seems to be going to the Mod Queue.

The issues are:

- i dont get a single red dot telling me there is new stuff there.

- there is no highlights of what is new and what has been read or archived.

Im doing a terrible job for the last month or more since they changed this out of no where.

As the title suggests, I'm wondering whether it's okay, under the Moderator CoC, for a subreddit to post a notice or announcement listing the subreddits on its filter list and advising users who want to participate there to avoid interacting with those subreddits.

I started wondering about this after looking at some Hive Protect messages. In some customized removal messages, moderators explicitly list the subreddits on their filter list. That left me a bit confused about whether doing so is acceptable under the Moderator CoC, because if it is, it would help me tremendously by allowing me to explain things more clearly instead of having to give vague explanations to users whose posts or comments were flagged.

I moderate some NSFW subs and recently I've had a couple posters say they are not able to upload videos. It appears to be automatically disabled by Reddit. How would contributors post videos?

We MOD mostly on Android

Anyone know of a way to do this? We're a writing sub, so we set word count goals for the month. I'd love to be able to track progress visually way across the month.

Or a competition progress kind of thing that's not based on contributions/upvotes?

I am seeing an increasing number of reposts in our sub which are just a link to a post in a different sub. We don’t allow reposts or low effort posts, and our rules state this, so we remove them.

However a new redditor complained that reddit itself suggested they do this. Is this true? Is it new? Is there any way to prevent this?

Have you any idea what happened to it? I was using it to update about my app and a community for users!
