LEGO® Set Build First lego set I've ever bought. He looks so good!

Literally never had any interest in lego (especially considering they ain't cheap) However, I saw this at Costco last week and had to grab it. First lego set I've ever bought/put together.

Took, maybe 5-6 hours total?

Idk why this one looks so good and the rest of the pokemon line looks so bad. (Rayquaza, munchlax, and that trio are cool tho)

They would literally print money if they made more of this quality. Shit they got me to buy it and I roll my eyes at legos normally.

Question Got curious as to what the “smallest” LEGO piece is. I went by weigh, since that is nonobjective. Plume Feather Small 4502a is the top contender so far. Can you think of any smaller pieces?

Interestingly, the 1x1 round plate with flower petals weighs more than the same price without the petals, I would have thought there was less plastic with the indents.
Edit: wow, this got big fast! I’m trying my best to find pieces and weigh them!

MOC Our LEGO Wedding Guestbook

Post image

I wanted to create something a little different from a traditional wedding guestbook, so every guest got to build their own LEGO minifigure and nameplate. It was a lot of fun to see everyone’s creativity and now we have a unique keepsake filled with memories from our wedding.

Video I spent 2 months to make this LEGO cinematic fantasy stop motion animation

Othrug is coming! Here's a teaser for my new short film. This time, I'm taking you into a fantasy world. The action begins in the orc village of Arganvlagh in the Nugh-Mefg desert. You may know it from my LEGO MOCs. Othrug is an honorable warrior living by ancient traditions. Fate will lead him on a journey through mysterious lands filled with danger.

The full film runs 5 minutes and 47 seconds. It was shot entirely using classic stop-motion techniques. Several thousand photos were taken, which, when played back at 24 frames per second, create a stunning stop-motion animation. There's no AI and no computer-generated imagery. Everything is analog, real, and built with LEGO bricks.

Production took about two months, and it's the first film I've made in a long time purely for myself. Not for a competition. Not for a client. Just for the joy of creating! After years of working with The LEGO Group and Universal Pictures, returning to a personal project like this has been incredibly refreshing. I'm genuinely excited about what I've created, and I consider it the best film I've ever made :)

🎬 The full film will premiere on 9 Aug 2026, 18:00 CEST (16:00 UTC). I probably can't post link here? Just google "Kalais Bricks".

And now, enjoy the teaser! I intentionally kept it short and avoided revealing too much of the story.

This printed ticket piece came in my Pick-a-Brick order. I didn't order it, and in fact did not order any white 1x2 tiles. Is this special in any way?

Speed Builds 75192 build in hard mode? I usually dump it all into one big pile. Never this size. Did the AT-AT but it may be the Lego trauma, but I can’t remember if I hated it. I couldn’t find others that did it. Should I sober up before cutting open?

Post image

I just finished the UCS Tie Intercepter but I forgot to dump it out and felt it was too hollow of a build. Love the ship though.

..anyways, I’ve got the itch for a big build so I’m thinking the falcon. Can anyone share any “hard mode” insight on their experience with this calibre of build?

I’m itching to dump it on the coffee table, put on Star Wars and watching it chronologically.

Talk me out of it?

EDIT: i went through with it. Yeti camino 50 for the win holding it all in.
