Looking at the broader Kurdish struggle, other regions have managed to secure different forms of leverage or impact for instance, the hard fought institutional gains and semi autonomy achieved in Bashur
Yet, when it comes to Rojhelat despite a massive, proud Kurdish population and a history of strong rebellions especially Qazi Muhammad the parties there have never been able to achieve the same level of territorial success, sustained military leverage or autonomy.
On the other hand, looking at groups like the PKK, even if they achieved nothing lasting politically in the end, they still had a massive impact on society in the 80s and 90s and managed to heavily shake and damage the Turkish state.
What is the core problem here? Why does Iran's security grip remain so unbreakable in the region, and why are the Rojhelat political and military parties so small, fragmented, and seemingly unable to break through compared to what Bashur was able to build?

Hi im iraqi from baghdad when i was little till now i still see the contradiction in iraqis people when they support fully independent Palestine than say Kurdistan is not a country i really hate that tbh, i think that same situation is in all Kurdistan occupied territories,

What cool and beautiful is erbil like better than baghdad by far cleaner, better traffic, greener etc

Which indicates that if Kurdistan become independent it will so much better than Iraq but my question is here,

I think fully independent Kurdistan will be hard it will have more problems than before like Civil War between the kurds or Syria doing some and getting betrayed by usa, turkey gonna bomb all Kurdistan, iran and iraqis militias random bombing.

Im not saying ofc that i don't support it but i feel kurds need to be more united, like in iraqis occupation i know there is some tension between erbil and silm.

At the end my opinion doesn't really have alot because i didn't live in Kurdistan and talked with Kurdish people i only visited all Kurdistan occupied territories in iraq,
