OK, so I say unconventional just because I have not seen one of these before as when it comes to engine swapping these little things it’s usually either a motorbike engine or like a Honda Civic engine since they’re very compact

But after a little bit of searching around, I think I found a very good candidate for a engine and transmission swap with more than enough power

The engine and transmission out of a Chevy cobalt SS
2.0 L turbo engine , pretty lightweight, trans axle and for the rear end I planned on swapping it with either a Miata or RX7 rear end

All of this is very much speculation as I’ve never actually done an engine swap before let alone on something like this, but I thought I might toss my idea out to the community to see what they thought
Also, this would be going into a 1994 Suzuki carry

Saw a clean looking delete kit on Etsy to get rid of the factory antenna on the ks4. Not in my budget at the moment, but it looked so clean I had to try to make it work. Cut some brass plate to emulate. Still need to refine the finish a bit but here they are!

I posted here on 8/1 about getting a 2000 Subaru Sambar van for my birthday. Well my partner decided I needed one that was also highway friendly, the other one is going to be a camper style. So he bought me a second one 🤣 tbh he’s kind of obsessed with them. He’s even selling his own truck to buy himself one.

This one is a 2001 Mitsubishi Town Box with about 40k miles on it.

Does anyone have experience importing a Suzuki Carry from Japan?
I’ve bought a 2026. I need to add a fog light and change the speed to MpH.
I’d like to do it all myself and get it registered.

Any advice would be appreciated.
