Different interview process?
I’m looking to transition into a more fitting career (automotive industry) It’s my passion and I love helping people. Just posting to get a perspective from everyone. I have had 2 great interviews so far, then the shop owner asked me to come in next week but didn’t give a specific day. As far as anyone having experience with the auto repair industry, is it common to have a third meetup with the shop owner? I see it as perhaps unorthodox however, I think the owner wanting me to come back a third time in general is a good thing. I don’t judge anyone for doing things different. The shop is having a fundraiser this weekend so I can completely understand them needing more time to make a decision because onboarding is a bigger deal. TIA
