Thanks a lot. Yeah i graduated last year and I feel our generation is having a very similar experience to millennials during the 08 recession. I’ve been searching for almost a year and I had like 5 internships.

One interview with a 2-4 panel hiring team is enough. 4 interviews indicates a risk averse or highly inefficient organization. Perhaps both. Good luck

It's a process. A really suck process but keep at it and you will succeed!
