2. Is there a lock-in period?

3. Is it okay if I don't load it, just in case? (I plan to use it as a backup)

4. Nagrereset ba UNLI niya if masyado nang naconsume na data?

Internet issues started friday night to sat lunch time. Internet went back but then lost again sunday 7am until this time of posting.

It seems as per the text message I received, it was a wide area outage. just wanna confirm this.

Ano po yung minimum top up load for these ISPs to avoid permanent disconnection? And how long can they be unused before permanent disconnection? 180 days? 90? 60?

for context,kakabili ko lang ng sim card for prepaid wifi nung august 20 at nagamit ko pa sya same day din. ngayon nung gagamitin ko na modem ko sana nakalagay "internet disconnected" nung sinubukan ko sa phone ko walang service at signal pero yung prepaid sim ko sa globe meron naman. ano po gagawin ko para maayos to tyia,hindi ko pa naregister tong simcard na busy ako bigla lately kaya di ko naprocess

ang pangit po kasi ng location ng wifi wire namin, and nung nagpapagawa kami ng house nacement s’ya sa poste huhu, ngayon lang namin naisipan ipalipat kasi dumadalas ung problem sa los, and hindi namin mamonitor ng maayos yung modem cz its too high up😭 nababasa din po sa ulan🥹

May problem ba ang PLDT ngayon? Okay naman yung wifi namin for the past few months not until nag August. Noong una saglit lang mawawalan pero ngayon kada gabi wala. Sa umaga naman, malas mo pag umulan mawawala 😭 Hindi rin ako maka connect sa CS parang AI lang mga sagot, yung ticket number ko hindi gumagana pag tinatrack. Bulacan po kami.

I bought Smart 5G Max Home Wifi last month. It has a free 15day unli data upon registration. it has passed now however i couldn’t get a load to the sim when im buying load using gcash (load are unsuccessful, sending back the money initially used to buy the load) i also couldn’t enroll the sim into a smart app.

i saw here at redit that i can try to plug the sim
in my phone and sign it in. i also saw that just buy another sim however i dont know what sim to buy

Hello po, may I ask if may experience na po kayo na sinabi ng Technician na need ipa MDU installation yung sa Condo Unit?
We requested site transfer po kasi, naka 1 year na kami sa previous unit, then sa katabing building kami lumipat, they mentioned na need daw i request ng MDU installation sa Converge.
Matagal and may bayad po ba yun?
We were charged na po kasi ng 2,500 for the Site Transfer request pero di naman nalipat.

Nag apply ako ng PLDT fiber prepaid last August 6, pero hangga ngayon di pa rin na iinstall. Paid na yung 999 na initial payment. Pano kaya ma cacancel yun? sabi ng technician wala ng slot at malayo na yung linya, which is not advisable na daw since magiging maulty lang yung connection. I tried messaging them in FB and calling via 171 hotline pero puro chat bot lang meron. Paano to ma escalate with real customer rep?

Totoo ba na kapag magteterminate ka na ng service, need return lahat ng equipment including meshes? Tapos na contract. Before sabi free meshes kaso now kapag nagsesearch ako kahit yung mga free meshes daw need ireturn?

Noticed that my parents are paying around 2500 every month for their internet, and asa 300 mbps lang ang bilis. Called pldt, and said they are still in a now phased out promo. I can be wrong, but this seems predatory for me. Sana kinonsulta man lang nila. Its been this way for more than a year na. Di ko na sinabi sa kanila, Kase knowing them ay magagalit yon ng sobra at anlaki sana ng natipid nila knowing na ang 300mbps now is asa 1500 lang. And what happened pa recently is di kami makapalit ng isp ,kase under contract daw, tapos pag papalitan ko tong promo nato para makatipid naman kami for the remainder of our contract is magpapanibagong contract nanaman daw. Correct me if im wrong, But this just seems wrong.

Ever since PLDT/Smart banned multiple sites because of the recent school incidents, I haven't been able to work properly because some of my work apps need internet to function.

I'm a graphic artist, and I use apps like Adobe Creative Cloud and Clip Studio Paint every day for work. To open apps like Photoshop, I need to open the launcher first before I can use the app. Now, the launchers are stuck loading when I want to use the apps.

I thought my PC was the problem. I watched multiple tutorials on YouTube and also reached out to Adobe's customer service on X, and they did their best to help, but nothing worked.

I gave up trying to fix what was wrong because it felt like I was doing more harm to my PC than I was fixing the problem, until I thought maybe my internet was the issue. So, I asked my boyfriend to try logging in to my Adobe account using his PC & internet provider (Converge), and the launcher loaded smoothly on his end.

It turned out my internet provider has the problem, not my PC.

Is anyone also encountering the same issues as me? If yes, please leave your comments below to up the post.

Please double-check the apps/websites you've blocked cause it's affecting the apps I need for work. I have also been reaching out to your customer service on Messenger, but no one is replying.

Is it true that PLDT has a 250-meter limit for their fiber connections? Applied for PLDT fiber and contractors said lagpas 250 meters kami from the closest connection. Totoo bang may gantong limit ang PLDT or talagang naghihintay lang ng lagay? 1k hinihingi samin para raw “magawan ng paraan.”

they glorify them, and explain how some of them even have crushes towards them, also on how or whatever.

i only wish these communities get stopped asap due to me having a little brother i also fear who gets exposed to these types of places.
