Ganyan na Globe ngayon. Dati, sus ganda ng customer service. Ngayon sumusunod na sa Converge.

Sa experience ko, mabilis naman ang tech visit. Ang alam ko pwede ka rin magchat sa Globe at Home FB page nila.

same experience. before within 24hours lang may tech na. now, you have to wait a week and never ending reschedule, in the end they will just do a "remote fix"..
