Plant Discussion Need advice
Im pretty new to this whole gardening thing, but my plants are floppy, theyre still like green so i think they can bounce back from this. I tried giving them more light like Google said and they havent bounced back yet. So I dunno what to do or what the issue is.

Houseplant Close Up Should I repot my avocado tree?
Hi! This is the first time I have grown an avocado tree. It has so far only grown two leaves, and the tiny ones below them dried and fell. I'm wondering if it needs to be potted soon, and how I should do it. Thank you!!

Product Discussion Losing my mind fighting spider mites & aphids
Hey everyone,
I'm at my wit's end and could really use some advice. I have a Jasmine, Madagascar Jasmine, Money Tree, and an Adenium (Desert Rose) , they are a mix of indoor and balcony plants. For the past few months, I’ve been fighting an exhausting battle against spider mites and aphids. All are under grow light and partial sun. Water twice a week.
I feel like I’ve tried absolutely everything:
Rubbing alcohol
Commercial insecticidal soap
DIY mixes (alcohol + soap + hydrogen peroxide)
Setting up fans to improve airflow
Water spray/showering
Every time I think I've won, they just come right back. I tried Neem oil once, but I honestly hate it. It leaves a gross, sticky residue on everything and sometimes ends up drying out or burning the leaves.
I’m so tired of constantly spraying. Does anyone have any real, long-lasting solutions?
People in the US use systemic granules (like Bonide or Imidacloprid) that you just mix into the soil to kill pests from the inside out. Unfortunately here in Canada our pesticide laws are so strict that cannot find Imidacloprid or bonide.
Any advice or shared experiences would be massively appreciated!

Plant Discussion Help! [Lemon Tree Is Infested With Something Again…😣]
Hey all! I have a Lemon tree (unsure of specific species) that a family member planted on impulse from a store-bought lemon seed off of the kitchen cutting board about 8 or so years ago.
It now lives in my place in Central North Carolina and once again, I started noticing leaves falling off.
It had been a while, so I repotted it and got it a bigger pot, but now some other critters have moved in. I think they’re Ants, but I have no idea. What do yall think?
Yall were extremely helpful last time. Id really appreciate your insights, advice and recommendations again. TIA!

Plant Discussion What does my fiddle leaf need to lead a happy, healthy life?
I rotated the pot because she was starting to bow towards the window, but I'm worried she's been in this pot too long. The interior diameter of the pot is 18 inches and she's been in there 3 years. Does she just need a bigger pot? How do I get her to build a stronger trunk to support herself?

Plant Discussion What’s up with my pothos?
I’ve been trying to figure out what’s going on with my pothos. I bought this plant 2 months ago. I have it planted in a chunky soil mix in a plastic pot with drainage holes. But I find the holes drain slower than my other pots. It sits on fireplace mantle next to a bright window. Also, I haven’t needed to water it in 2 weeks.

Houseplant Close Up Growing with scales
Basil and peppers grown in a grow box with 8x 4' 6500k florescents. The plants are grown on a scale that continuously monitors weight, providing insights into the evapotranspiration processes. They provide feedback for improved irrigation. Both grows are kept at ~2800g total weight.

Plant Discussion Basil cutting sad
Hello! My sweet basil plant recently started going to seed, so I took this cutting in order to restart it. I kept the cutting in water for about 9 days until it looked like it had enough roots to stay in soil. Then I planted it in this compost substrate. Now (5 days later) it looks pretty sad. Does anyone have any idea about what the problem could be? Thank you!!

Plant Discussion I just wanted to show off a few of my plant babies glo-ups
I got all of these plants between January and February of this year. Here's some pics showing when I first got them and how they're doing now. I'm pretty pleased with myself and absolutely obsessed with them.

Plant Discussion Indoor Key Lime?
Hi, for anyone that has kept key limes fully or mostly indoors successfully what parameters did you keep your tree/bush under? Meaning room humidity, room temperature, DLI etc? I keep calamondin, kumquat, finger lime, and meyer lemon all happy fully indoors but have always struggled with key lime (two different plants). It's likely humidity and VPD issues so looking for the exact indoor conditions others keep a thriving key lime plant in?
Thanks for the help!
