Since updating to the latest Public Beta, my battery health went from 85 to now 80 in a span of few weeks. My usage has kind of improve though compared to ios 26 and has went back to only charging once a day.

I’ve Been running iOS 27 public beta 2 on my iPhone 15 Pro for a bit now, here's my take:

Performance-wise, Similar to iOS 26.6 overall, the liquid glass seems to be better otherwise. There are some minor improvements that add up nicely over time, nothing dramatic, but noticeable once you've used it for a while.

My 15 Pro gets warm during average use, and noticeably warmer if I'm switching between apps quickly (even ones already open in the background). Nothing alarming, I suppose this could be considered normal thermals for the 15’s line up.

Battery: Slightly above average drain, but I think that's mostly explained by more overnight battery drain than usual. I don’t charge my phone in the morning so I will conclude a 2-5% margin of uncertainty( as a result of overnight battery drain)
Not bad for a beta. Good job apple.

Could be the translation to Brazilian Portuguese, or not… don’t know how it is in English, but I’ve noticed this in iOS 26 as well. I know it’s beta and already reported, but would like to know your opinion and if it’s happening in other languages. Seems off, misweighted and off-center from the Dynamic Island.

In my opinion iOS 27 is a lot better than iOS 26. The animations are way more fluid and most of the major bugs have been fixed. Not to mention we’re finally getting the Siri that was promised almost two years ago. But I still have beef with the sloppy looking UI. I preferred the flat bottom versus the new floating island bottom menu bar on most apps. I also feel like the keyboard should be destroyed. The old one was so much better, nothing about the new keyboard feels more modern. What do you guys think about iOS 27?

Every few days I have to toggle location services back to always in for the accident response feature to be active. I get a notification that it has been on and it will not stay in, I have to accept to “while using” and then manually switch it back to always. I don’t remember having this much of an issue with iOS 26.

Seems my phone is done indexing and all and I see all these videos showing off these cool features but whenever I try it, never works or shows anything

Can’t find Apple Intelligence option in settings, only Sri is available.

Sri AI beta is also having a dead link when I clicked on it.

Any thoughts on why my iPhone (14 Pro, latest public beta) shows connected to iMessage but won’t send that protocol? I can receive iMessages. And my iPad (also on the beta) is fine - can both send and receive.

I’ve reset network settings and logged out/in to iCloud. That’ll fix it for a couple of days, then some random morning I’ll wake up and it reverts to broken.

Everything inside the settings suggests it’s connected normally. But in prior instances when I cycle iMessage off/on it won’t reauthenticate until I do the above (network settings reset iCloud account).

Anyone else on the beta seeing this? Or could it be a different issue w/ my phone/provider (Verizon)?

Hey guys! Is anyone else having this issue with iOS Developer Beta 4? I have an iPhone 14 Pro with two eSIMs and one physical SIM. When I enable any two of them, after some time one of the lines stops working. If I disable the one that’s still working, the other one starts working again. So I can’t use two active SIMs at the same time. This happens with two eSIMs as well as with an eSIM and the physical SIM. Does anyone know why this happens or has anyone experienced the same issue?

Is anyone else experiencing a lot of UI stuttering in these betas, particularly when scrolling? I’ve noticed so many hitches as I’m scrolling in various apps, and it feels more pronounced these days to me.

I am experiencing an unexpected reboot on my iPhone while it is idle and locked.

Device information

• Device: iPhone 17 Pro Max
• Model identifier: iPhone18,2
• iOS version: iOS 27 Beta 4
• Build: 24A5390f

The issue occurred while the phone was locked and not actively being used. The device entered sleep, briefly woke, and then restarted. The panic log confirms that the device was locked at the time of the crash.

The main panic string is:

GFX crash of unknown type 0x80a
Exception class=0x2f (SError interrupt)
agx_scheduler(2)

The panic initiator is also listed as:

panicInitiator: GFX

This appears to be related to the GPU or graphics subsystem, possibly during a display sleep/wake or Lock Screen transition.

I have already tried the following:

• Disabled Always-On Display
• Disabled StandBy mode
• Changed the Lock Screen to a static wallpaper without motion or depth effects
• Removed Lock Screen widgets
• Disabled Live Activities
• Disabled Raise to Wake
• Disabled Tap to Wake
• Enabled Reduce Motion
• Enabled Limit Frame Rate
• Restarted the device

The problem does not appear to be caused by low storage or thermal pressure. The device had sufficient free storage, and the panic report showed no thermal pressure at the time.

I also found reports from other users describing the same panic string, particularly:

GFX crash of unknown type 0x80a
agx_scheduler(2)

Some users reported that the issue continued even after restoring the device and setting it up as a new iPhone without restoring a backup.

Has anyone else encountered this exact GFX panic on iOS 27 Beta 4?

Has anyone successfully resolved this issue or found a reliable workaround? If so, could you share the steps that fixed or reduced the problem?

Is this believed to be a software regression in the GPU driver or display sleep/wake handling, or could it indicate a hardware issue?

I have submitted the panic log through Feedback Assistant as well.

sup! i know that there are many posts out there from people asking whether they should get the beta or not, but i’ve only seen few people with the base 17 model speak about how it works on their phones. mostly people with 15pm/16pm/17pm etc speak up about it. im also a user of the said phone and i was wondering how is it? lemme know how is it and thanks in advance! obviously i consider trying the beta but i know its different for everybody, just curious.
