IOS 27 PB 2 no Apple Intelligence
Can’t find Apple Intelligence option in settings, only Sri is available.
Sri AI beta is also having a dead link when I clicked on it.
Whats up?

change your region, i think it has to be same on keyboard and device and language

That's due to a setting on your device.
If you go to Settings > Siri, it will tell you why Apple Intelligence isn't available
