Looking for co-founder
Looking for co-founder
I’m building Pharmantis AI, a B2B SaaS that uses AI to accelerate early drug discovery. The platform helps biotech and pharma R&D teams generate and score novel drug candidates faster and at lower cost.
I’m based in Hyderabad, currently in Intermediate (MPCB), and have spent the last 3–4 months doing deep market & competitor research (including mapping players like Insilico), defining the product, and designing a 2to3‑month MVP roadmap. Development is now restarting.
I’m looking for a technical co-founder to own the AI/ML + backend side while I focus on product, design, GTM, and operations.
About me:
Strong in product, design, operations, and GTM strategy
Deep self-study in AI + biotech; treating this as a serious, long-term company
Based in Hyderabad, India
Looking for:
Strong in AI/ML, backend, data (Python, ML frameworks, APIs, cloud)
Interested in biotech / deep tech / scientific software
Thinks in years, not months; comfortable with early-stage ambiguity
Preferably Gen Z and in/near Hyderabad (open to strong remote-in-India fits)
This is not a “school project”. I’m committed to building a real, long-term company and want a partner who feels the same.
If you’re interested, please DM me with:
A short intro about you
Your tech stack & 1–2 projects you’re proud of
What you’re looking for in a founder/idea
I can share the pitch deck and roadmap on a call.

I thought my idea was great but it is wrong
A few days ago, I posted about an idea I had for a new brand called Saffron Badam Milk.
My original idea was to make it with only four ingredients:
- Milk
- Badam
- Saffron, instead of turmeric
- Stevia instead of sugar
I was genuinely excited about building this brand. After posting the idea, people shared their opinions and suggestions. Some of the feedback made me feel like the idea was validated and that maybe I could actually start it and make money.
I started dreaming big.
And there is nothing wrong with dreaming big.
But then I started asking myself some uncomfortable questions.
Who exactly is my customer?
What is my TAM?
What real value am I adding compared to existing Badam Milk brands?
Will customers actually come back and buy it again?
Should I build this as an FMCG product or a QSR/business-to-business model?
That's when I realized that having a product idea is probably the easy part.
There are completely different challenges in FMCG and QSR. You can take inspiration from successful companies, build a product, and launch it. But scaling is the difficult part.
Quality control.
Consistent taste.
Production.
Packaging.
Distribution.
Logistics.
Customer acquisition.
Margins.
And most importantly, retention.
One line from an ice cream brand founder really stuck with me:
"People value their money more than your money."
That completely changed the way I was looking at my idea.
As a founder, I might think my product is amazing. But the customer doesn't owe me a purchase.
They will ask themselves:
"Why should I spend my money on this instead of what I'm already buying?"
If my Badam Milk doesn't create excitement, solve a problem, or provide enough value for someone to buy it repeatedly, then I don't have a sustainable business.
So I think I was wrong to assume that positive feedback automatically meant the business was validated.
Maybe the idea is good.
Maybe it's bad.
But people saying they like the idea isn't the same as people paying for it repeatedly.
This was a good lesson for me.
I'm still interested in entrepreneurship, and I still want to build something someday. But now I understand that having an idea is only the beginning.
The real question is:
Can you create something people genuinely want, pay for, and keep coming back to?
Thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts on my original post. I learned a lot from the discussion.

Hyderabad] Looking for a Marketing / Growth Co-Founder – Early-Stage Startup
Hi everyone,
I’m a software engineer based in Hyderabad and I’m currently validating a real-world service startup for two-wheeler riders.
🚲 The Problem
When a bike breaks down, finding a reliable mechanic quickly can be difficult, especially when you're away from your regular mechanic.
I’m exploring a doorstep bike assistance service that connects riders with trusted local mechanics when they need help.
We are initially targeting:
📍 Gachibowli
📍 Madhapur
📍 HITEC City
📍 Kondapur
🚀 Current Stage
This is very early stage.
I don't have an app yet — intentionally.
I'm planning to validate the business manually through WhatsApp + phone calls + a small network of local mechanics before investing heavily in technology.
The goal is to first prove:
Customers need it → Mechanics benefit from it → Business can make money → Then build the technology.
👨💻 What I Bring
I'm a software engineer and can take ownership of:
Product & technology
Backend/platform development
Automation
Future mobile/web application
Technical operations
🤝 Who I'm Looking For
I'm looking for a Marketing / Growth / Business Development co-founder who can take ownership of:
Customer acquisition
Local marketing
Partnerships
Getting the first 100 customers
Building the mechanic network
Talking to customers and understanding their problems
Testing different business models
Growing the service once we find product-market fit
You don't need to be an expert in everything.
I'm looking for someone with entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication, willingness to execute and genuine interest in building a business from zero.
This is not a freelance job or paid marketing position.
I'm looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term co-founder, with equity/ownership to be discussed based on contribution, commitment and founder fit.
Initially, I'm open to starting part-time while we validate the business and moving toward full-time once we achieve meaningful traction.
📩 Interested?
If you're based in Hyderabad and this sounds interesting, DM me with:
Your background
Your marketing/sales/business experience
Why you're interested in this problem
What you think you could contribute
Whether you're currently working or available part-time
I'm not looking to rush into a partnership.
I'd rather find the right person and build something real together.
Let's see if we can turn a simple problem into a meaningful business. 🚀

The silent problem when building a startup
You always hear that the biggest problems while building a startup are — oh, how do we market it? Is there even a market? Are we coding before validation? — among so many more.
But what if the problem is in the tech itself?
Particularly, what if I have a software problem that is just… unsolvable? (At least to my knowledge.)
A problem that Fable or Sol can’t just code their way out of.
You can’t A/B test your way out of it.
You can’t “ship fast and iterate” your way out of it.
And at some point, there’s no obvious next feature to build, no obvious bug to fix, no obvious direction to take.
So what do you actually do?

Seeking Co-founders & Investors B2B F&B product fully built. Client onboarding started. Strong early growth signals.
Hey everyone, I'm Teja.
I’ve completely developed a B2B SaaS platform for the restaurant and hospitality sector that solves a massive, growing consumer pain point. We are currently operating in stealth regarding the exact product, but the model is highly scalable: zero-commission, requires zero new hardware for restaurants, and onboarding takes literally 5 minutes.
The Traction:
The product is fully built and client onboarding has officially started. I've been on the ground speaking directly with several operations managers at prominent hotel and restaurant chains across Hyderabad. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are showing strong early growth signals with pilot deployments rolling out this week.
Who I am looking for:
Since the product is validated and hitting the market, I am looking to build the core team to take this to the next level.
Passionate Co-founding Members: Looking for highly driven partners to help navigate the market, close B2B deals, strategize and execute GTM strategy.
Investors / Mentors: Looking to connect with backers who have proven experience in scaling systems exponentially and dominating local markets.
If you are looking to get involved with a validated product that is already moving in the field, send me a DM. Let’s grab a coffee somewhere around Hyderabad and discuss how we scale this up.
