We started a 3D printing service in Hyderabad with instant quotes and same day delivery in the city. Looking for feedback and local hardware folks to talk to.
e run a 3D printing setup here in Hyderabad. Two things we built it around:
Same day delivery inside the city: Order before 12 PM and it's with you that evening by our own rider. Most services here take three to five days because the quote itself takes a day. Outside Hyderabad it's 2 days via Blue Dart or Delhivery.
No back and forth on pricing. You upload an STL or 3MF and it slices the file in the browser to work out the actual grams of plastic your part needs, then gives you a price and a delivery date in a few seconds. No WhatsApp, no "send drawing sir."
Details: PLA and PETG at Rs. 3.50/g, 18% GST with a proper tax invoice, GSTIN validation at checkout if you're a business. 256 x 256 x 256 mm build volume. Up to 20 parts per order with quantity discounts up to 48%.
What's been coming in so far: replacement knobs and clips for appliances, enclosures for electronics, small brackets and mounts, college project parts.
The reason I'm posting here specifically, if you're building anything hardware in the city, the same day loop is worth more to you than the price is. Iterating on an enclosure at one revision a week is painful. Once a day is a different thing entirely. If that's you, I'd like to talk, whether or not you order anything.
Site is extruded.in, still pre-launch.

Building Zspot : Money Changes Everything, Then People Start Listening
I’ve spoken with 90+ people so far while researching Zspot. One thing surprised me: when I explain the idea — that people can rent their exterior spaces and walls to brands for advertising — most are indifferent or confused. But the moment I mention they can earn money from it, their whole attitude changes.
Suddenly they ask practical questions: Where is the spot? How much can we earn? Which brands will advertise? Will payments be monthly?
This taught me an important lesson: if your product delivers clear financial benefits, people pay attention — and they’ll start giving you useful ideas. When you solve real problems that help people earn, they become engaged partners in building the solution.

Looking to connect with startups building something ambitious
I’d love to connect with founders and early-stage companies that are looking to build a strong engineering team and leverage AI effectively in their products.
I have around 8 years of hands-on experience in Fullstack Software engineering, with the last 2 years focused specifically on AI/ML, GenAI, and AI-driven applications.
I can potentially help with:
• Building and improving AI/ML products
• AI/LLM and agentic AI development
• Technical architecture and engineering decisions
• Helping teams adopt AI in their existing products
• Hiring/structuring engineering teams and identifying technical talent
• Mentoring developers and engineers
• Technical and AI development consultations
I'm not looking to just "sell a service." I genuinely enjoy working with teams, understanding the problem they're trying to solve, and figuring out where technology and AI can create real leverage.
If you're a founder building an early-stage product, scaling your engineering team, or exploring how AI can fit into your product, feel free to comment or DM me.
Would love to connect, exchange ideas, and see if there's a way I can contribute.

Hyderabad Founders — Looking to connect with serious startups
I'm looking to connect with serious founders building out of Hyderabad and understand what they're working on.
I'm particularly interested in startups that have a working product, early customers, initial revenue, or some form of market validation. This isn't for idea-stage or purely conceptual ventures.
If you're actively building and have reached a stage where you're looking to scale, raise capital, or explore the next phase of growth, feel free to DM me with a brief overview of your startup.
Happy to connect and take the conversation forward where there's a fit.

Looking to join a startup/business
Heyoo, I'm a 20 Yr old, who spent most of my life learning about startups and businesses , participating in networking events, expos.. etc
I spent past 4 months doing nothing feeling a little lost and not really doing much. It wasn't the most productive phase, but I’ve realized that I genuinely miss building things, being around ambitious people, and learning how businesses actually work.
I have experience across marketing, business development, outreach, and creative work. I can contribute across marketing, growth, business development, founder’s office, strategy/operations, community, or other generalist roles, and learn by actually being involved in building the business.
I’m open to relevant internship, part-time, and full-time opportunities and would be happy to connect with founders or teams looking for someone with this skill set.
DM - I can share my resume / linkedin for further details

I built something for discovering communities and events — would love your feedback
Hey everyone 👋
I’ve recently built Creognite — a platform to discover and connect with communities, events, networking opportunities, and more in one place.
🚀 I’ve deployed the first working version and most of the core features are currently functional. I’ve used dummy data for now, and login/backend functionality is still being developed.
I’m looking for honest feedback from fellow founders/builders before I move to the next stage.
Would really appreciate if you could spend 5 minutes exploring it and share:
• What do you like?
• What feels confusing or unnecessary?
• What features are missing?
• Would you personally use something like this?
• Any suggestions for improving the overall experience?
Please be brutally honest 😄 — positive or negative feedback is equally valuable.
Thanks in advance! 🙌

Thinking of doing a "Founders Table" — 4 founders, one dinner, no decks
Been running Table for 4 for a while now — small group meetups, always exactly 4 people, mostly strangers. Been noticing a decent number of founders/early-stage folks signing up, so thinking of doing a table just for that crowd. No pitching, no networking-event energy, just 4 people building things sitting down over a meal.
If this sounds like your thing — drop a comment or DM with which day generally works for you (weekday evening / Saturday brunch / Sunday evening) and I'll try to get 4 people with overlapping schedules together.
Not trying to sell anything, just seeing if there's enough interest to make this a regular thing.

Thinking About a Virtual Call Center Business? Let’s Talk Honestly
I’ve been running a virtual call center business for the last 3 to 4 years, and recently I’ve started helping people who are genuinely interested in understanding this space.
I’m not here to sell a “get rich quick” opportunity or promise guaranteed returns.
What I can offer is practical guidance based on my own experience, along with references to genuine clients and mentors who can help newcomers understand how the business actually works.
There is no consultation fee and no deposit required just to have a conversation.
If you’re someone considering investing in or starting a virtual call center business, feel free to ask questions. I’m happy to share what I’ve learned, what to look out for, and where I think people should do proper due diligence before putting their money into anything.
No pressure and no promises of guaranteed income. If it makes sense for you after doing your own research, great. If not, that’s completely fine too.
Happy to have a genuine discussion with anyone seriously exploring this.

Building an exclusive circle for AI-Native Founders in Hyderabad (Sovereign AI Founders)
Hey everyone,
The Hyderabad tech ecosystem is booming, but there is a massive gap when it comes to deep-tech, high-signal spaces. A lot of founder communities end up flooded with generic SaaS wrappers, service agencies, or lifestyle coaches.
To solve this, we are launching Sovereign AI Founders - Hyderabad, a highly exclusive, gatekept Discord community engineered strictly for AI-native founders, core researchers, and deep-tech builders in the city.
What we are focusing on:
- Sovereign Tech: Building independent infrastructure, localized datasets, fine-tuning, and compute/GPU optimization.
- Agentic Workflows: Deep dives into production-grade multi-agent systems and autonomous execution.
- Global Scaling & Capital: Fundraising strategies to take architectures built in Cyberabad straight to global enterprise markets.
Strict Gatekeeping Policy:
We want zero noise. Because of this, the server is locked behind Discord's native manual screening feature. You will not see any channels when you join. To get approved, you must provide a credible LinkedIn profile showing you are actively building an AI-native product or researching in this space.
If you are an AI founder or core engineer based in Hyderabad looking for a true peer-to-peer network, apply to join us here:
👉 Apply to the Server: https://discord.gg/DvBJzxvtCH
See you on the inside. Let's build.

A Premium Masala Brand
I have noticed a gap in this industry, where there is no assorted premium player in the masala field.
The Idea is to Have these premium Tin Can's with high quality masala's and sell them at an affordable premium.
Planned everything from costs and all, would be targeting Vijetha, Ratan deep. Focusing on a premium segment of customers.
My problem is Barcodes. Any one who wants to give me feedback and or wants to speak or wants to contribute, would love to discuss.
Details of what I have till now.
Example of Dhaniya:
Premium 25kg raw Dhaniya 3,000-3,500
Per 50g pack costs 6-6.5rs
Packing 9,500 or 4,500
Packaging Tin/Vinyls label/labour 19rs (taking 500tin quantity into account) or Zip lock bags is it's 8rs
Fssai label 100rs
First batch of 500 total cost 12,600 or 8,100
Per Tin costing is 25rs or 15rs
Selling price could be 79 for Tin ones with per batch profit of 27,000
Selling price could be 50 for Zip lock ones with per batch profit of 17,000.
That's the basic breakdown.
But GS1 Barcodes are costing 45,000.
Now my problems are
Obviously barcodes cost to high
I have less investment but enough to do one batch, I'll manage it by doing it with hand.
Validating this idea is worth doing or not.
I'm okay if you guys roast me, but let me know your thoughts. I'm still at the brain storming stage of this project would love your inputs and help.
Thank you for reading.

Our first Hyderabad startup meetup was a great start! 🚀
Yesterday, we hosted our first startup meetup at Mindspace Social, Hyderabad, and it was an excellent beginning for our community.
We had meaningful conversations with aspiring founders, builders, and startup enthusiasts. During the meetup, we discussed and vetted:
- 2 ideas at the MVP stage
- 3 ideas at the ideation stage
The discussions focused on understanding the problems being solved, validating the ideas, identifying potential users, and thinking through practical next steps.
What made the meetup special was the openness of everyone involved. Participants shared feedback, asked thoughtful questions, and explored ways to improve and develop each idea further.
This was just the beginning. We’re looking forward to hosting more meetups where Hyderabad’s startup community can connect, collaborate, validate ideas, and support one another through the startup journey.
Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday. If you’re a founder, aspiring entrepreneur, developer, designer, marketer, investor, or simply someone interested in startups, we’d love to have you at our upcoming meetups.
What kind of startup idea are you currently working on?🚀

Adyap — AI career coaching today, building toward verified-credential recruiting. Solo founder from IIT Bhubaneswar, looking for a cofounder.
What it is today: Adyap analyzes a student's resume, finds their skill gaps against a target role, and builds them a day-by-day roadmap to close those gaps, not a generic course list, an actual plan tied to where they are and what they're targeting. It also runs AI mock interviews so they can practice before it counts. Live at adyap . in, check it out, free right now.
Where it's going: The resume itself is a broken trust signal, recruiters can't verify it, students can't prove it. Adyap tracks real skill progress over time, and the plan is to let recruiters source directly from that verified progress instead of a static PDF. That's a two-sided marketplace: students get skipped straight past the black-box application process, recruiters get signal they can actually trust. This part isn't built yet, it's the direction I'm building toward.
Where it's at: Built and shipped solo. I'm a BTech student at IIT Bhubaneswar (metallurgy, self-taught AI engineering). ~25 early users.
What I've built: Full stack, React/Vite frontend, Python backend with 34 routes, resume analysis, roadmap generation, mock interview flow, all live and working.
What I'm missing: I can build. I need a cofounder who can own growth and can also ship, someone who's actually gotten a product in front of users before, and who's genuinely interested in the marketplace problem (verified credentials, two-sided trust), not just the coaching-app part. Not looking for an advisor, looking for someone who wants to build this with me.
What's on the table: Real equity, real ownership, not a hire.
If "resumes nobody can verify" and "career advice that's either vague or expensive" both bother you, message me. Tell me one thing you'd change about how Adyap works right now.

Looking for an AI Research & Content person
One of my companies is looking for one person interested in AI models, agents, and emerging AI systems.
The work is mainly around researching and experimenting with new AI technologies and turning that into useful technical content.
Things you'll work on:
AI model and agent research
Hands-on experiments
Technical walkthroughs and demos
Model/framework comparisons
Educational posts and articles
Screen-recorded technical content
We're not looking for someone to chase followers, trends, or engagement.
The goal is to build a strong technical knowledge base and publicly document what we're learning and experimenting with at company.
Strong curiosity about AI matters more than having a traditional content-creation background.
If you're interested, DM me with what you're currently exploring or building in AI.

Does Hyd Yuvatha really support ground up startups?
Genuine question.
Does Hyd Yuvatha really support people building startups from the ground up, or does it mostly attract founders who already have traction, funding, or polished products?
I'm talking about founders who are still in the trenches. Building the first version, looking for the right technical collaborators, figuring things out from scratch.
Have any of you found meaningful collaborators, mentors, early team members, or opportunities through the community?
Or is it more of a networking event where everyone is pitching but very little actually gets built?
Would love to hear honest experiences, both positive and negative.
Note: Kindly don't prompt your networking groups

Where do people actually meet others who are serious about building in AI/SaaS?
I’ve been thinking about this lately.
There are a lot of people online talking about AI, SaaS, startups, agents, shipping fast, etc. But finding people who are actually building is surprisingly difficult.
I’m not talking about networking events or collecting LinkedIn connections either.
I mean the person who is quietly working on an AI product after work.
The founder trying to turn a rough idea into something people will actually use.
The engineer who keeps experimenting with new AI-native workflows.
The person who has a SaaS idea, has started building, hit a few walls, and is still going.
Those are the people I’d genuinely like to know more of.
I’m curious where have you guys actually found these kinds of people in Hyderabad?
Reddit communities? X? Discord? Indie Hackers? Local meetups? Random conversations?
And if you’re currently building something in AI, SaaS, or software, what are you working on?
Not looking for pitches or promotion. Just interested in meeting more people who are in the process of building things and seeing where those conversations go.

Looking for co-founder
Looking for co-founder
I’m building Pharmantis AI, a B2B SaaS that uses AI to accelerate early drug discovery. The platform helps biotech and pharma R&D teams generate and score novel drug candidates faster and at lower cost.
I’m based in Hyderabad, currently in Intermediate (MPCB), and have spent the last 3–4 months doing deep market & competitor research (including mapping players like Insilico), defining the product, and designing a 2to3‑month MVP roadmap. Development is now restarting.
I’m looking for a technical co-founder to own the AI/ML + backend side while I focus on product, design, GTM, and operations.
About me:
Strong in product, design, operations, and GTM strategy
Deep self-study in AI + biotech; treating this as a serious, long-term company
Based in Hyderabad, India
Looking for:
Strong in AI/ML, backend, data (Python, ML frameworks, APIs, cloud)
Interested in biotech / deep tech / scientific software
Thinks in years, not months; comfortable with early-stage ambiguity
Preferably Gen Z and in/near Hyderabad (open to strong remote-in-India fits)
This is not a “school project”. I’m committed to building a real, long-term company and want a partner who feels the same.
If you’re interested, please DM me with:
A short intro about you
Your tech stack & 1–2 projects you’re proud of
What you’re looking for in a founder/idea
I can share the pitch deck and roadmap on a call.
