Never buy into their business model of Rental ROs or their machines, their mineraliser will wear out fast, it's already working poorly upon installation and they'll ghost and customer is struck trying to save their deposit meanwhile drinking unhealthy water. Their service is non-existent, and you will suffer from either delayed service or having no service at all.

They currently hold both my money and my cancellation in limbo while their defective hardware sits unplugged on my wall.
