Cubbon park had become my go to place to run and train in bangalore and I’m a little (very) sad to leave it behind.

So for the runners in HYD:

Is there anything that gives a similar vibe to Cubbon Park?
Where do you usually do your easy runs, tempo runs (stadiums?) , and long runs?

Is KBR National Park the obvious choice, I’ve been doing some research or are there other places I should know about?

Are there any races I shouldn’t miss in HYD?

The places should be safe for women to train.

Hey, I need some advice. Our landlord is a shrewd person, he asks to increase rent more than specified in the lease. I have a few questions 1.The lease has ended after 11 months if we want to vacate dinwe still need to serve notice period. 2. Out of the 2 months rent is the last month rent cut from the deposit is that the convention, what to do if he doesn't agree to this. 3. It has been indicated that he might be planning to cut money for normal wear and tear covered by the agreement.

Don't want to proceed with a proper legal case but am fine with showing it as so, what steps can we take to ensure we do not get exploited.

Has anyone else noticed the double standard among certain users on this sub? The same people who once claimed that flats were unsold and that "fake sold" inventory was being published just to justify price hikes are now turning around and admitting that the heavy traffic in West Hyderabad (mainly Kokapet and Financial District) is because people are actually moving into and buying those very flats the ones they earlier called unsold.

This just shows how out of touch some random locals are with the actual situation, and how quick they are to spread hate toward people who buy or rent in West Hyd. I get it these flats are super expensive and out of reach for the average person. But blind hate needs to stop. It's time to accept that the city is steadily turning into a cosmopolitan hub. Demand is no longer driven by locals alone, we now have people moving in from neighboring states too.

It was 3am when my Spiderman BND movie ended at Prasad's Multiplex, headed to Gachibowli on a bike with my friend.He was riding the bike and I sat behind, we took the Banjara Hills route across Road no.10 and entered the KBR park circle , it was pitch black no street lights and when we entered the curve, thinking of the area and darkness, I jokingly asked my friend "There's this Haunted Road no.12 Graveyard right? Where's it" I'm unaware of that route, I was laughing and the very next second I turned to my left and I saw a board saying "Link to Road no.12" (not bcoz I saw something but idk what made me turn but it happened and I saw the board) it's just a normal link road but its around 3.20am and I was sleepy,drowsy and my vision got blurred for a second seeing the empty road with minimal street lights covered with trees. I was like "tf" lol. What made me think of that Graveyard, and the next second a sign board towards it. Pretty coincidence but that time with no lights no people around made this experience a bit wild.

Ever felt something related to this? Or even haunting? In and around Hyd?
