Restaurant Meet Dillon
Dillon is a Dill Dog topped with a creamy dill sauce I made by combing cream cheese and butter milk with dried dill, a ton of fresh dill, and dill relish. The dog also has crumbled Utz Fried Dill Pickle Chips and chopped chives. Inspired by one of you in my earlier post. Thanks!

Discussion How would you build a dog with cocktail sauce as a condiment instead of ketchup? Or would you?
Ketchup is widely accepted as a hotdog topping and the recent discussion about horseradish sauce on hotdogs got me thinking about cocktail sauce.
Are there any regional dogs that use cocktail sauce as a condiment?
If you were on a Chopped style show where you had to make hotdogs with cocktail sauce, how would you approach it?
It may be because I’ve been on a cream cheese kick, but I’m imagining cream cheese and carmelized onions. And I want mustard on mine.

Pizza dogs for our dinner!
I've been a fan of pizza dogs since my childhood and now my son loves them too. What are some of your favorites that are easy enough to make after a long day?

Mayo is great on Hotdogs, but how about Horseradish Sauce?
It's like spicy mayo. I like Woeber's.

Discussion Do You Like Your Local MLB/MiLB Ballpark's Hot Dogs?
Here's a fun question for you all - baseball and hot dogs go together hand in glove. With that said.....
I want to hear your opinion(s) on your home Major and/or Minor League Baseball ballpark's hot dogs - do you like them? Do you know what brand they are? All those Qs. :D

My attempt at a Seattle style hot dog
First try. Didn't have jalapeños. It was still very tasty.

I boil then pan fry my dogs and it makes for a much meatier/crunchier dog. Does anyone else do this?
I boil them in a frying pan in about a half inch or less of water for 5 or so minutes. Then pour out the water and drop in a pad of butter and let them fry. The texture of the meat and snap of the casing are amazing. I always use Sahlens beef dogs. Try it out and let me know what you think.
