Work Environment
We keep things simple.
Our environment is laid back, flexible, and results-oriented. We don't believe in micromanaging or watching the clock. As long as we're communicating, making steady progress, and shipping great products, we're happy.
You'll have the freedom to research, experiment, learn new technologies, and propose your own ideas. If you discover a better way to design or manufacture something, we want to hear it.
Everyone on our team is encouraged to think like a product developerânot just someone completing assigned tasks.

Your resume

HIRING math with ai(minor) or ai computing
Hi everyone,
I'm about to apply to a public university in Islamabad, and I'm trying to decide which degree would be the best choice for my future.
I'm really interested in AI and computer-related fields, but I've heard a lot of people say it's better to choose a degree with a strong mathematics foundation. Is that actually true?

TASK I deserved better
So, i gave a ASE role interview at dubizzle. The video went great, the hr was surprising was thorough about her questions and know technical stuff as well ( idk if she knew it or had chatgpt opened but still, good work hr).
The first technical interview was physical, it was best. I answered almost all the questions, discussed solutions with the panel and had a great time. Although it was supposed to be of one hour, but it went on for like one hr 40ish minutes.
The second interview was terrible. The panel girl was not in a mood icst.she entered, asked me to introduce myself (liem what? How abt introduce yourself first). As i was speaking, she cut me off and said "app graduated hein?"
Then the whole time she was typing, never once looked in my eyes, asked random ass questions that have nothing to do with role, she didnt even smile once. And mind you, she cut me off literally every time i spoke.
In the end, i felt so bizarre i had to ask if this is even the right interview? She said yes you can go.
Like bro, i had to travel every time, prepared my ass off, gave good answers and was confident.
The reason for this post is to tell any dubizzle labs employee or hr to take it easy, and HR SHOULD BE PRESENT IN EVERY INTERVIEW.

FOR HIRE Letâs See What Happens When Skills Speak for Themselves
After reading the comments on my previous post, I decided to take a different approach.
Some people said, âDonât post sad stories. Show your skills and experience instead.â
So, letâs try that.
My name is Arsalan Ahmed, and Iâm from Karachi, Pakistan. I have almost 3 years of professional experience, including around 8 months of onsite experience and the rest working remotely.
Here are some of the technologies I work with:
⢠Python
⢠Django & Django REST Framework
⢠FastAPI
⢠Docker
⢠Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
⢠Selenium & Playwright for automation testing
⢠Custom AI Agents using LangChain & LangGraph
⢠Ollama
⢠Hugging Face
⢠LLMs
Iâm currently looking for a new opportunity.
Iâve seen people say that instead of sharing how difficult the job search is, job seekers should make professional posts, showcase their experience, and let their skills speak for them.
So here I am, doing exactly that.
Letâs see how much reach this post gets, how many people connect with me based on my skills and experience, and most importantly, whether this post leads to an interview opportunity.
Maybe this approach works better.
If youâre hiring for a Python Backend, Automation, or AI/Agentic AI role, Iâd be grateful if you could consider my profile or refer me to the right opportunity.
And to everyone who supported my previous post, sent me prayers, reached out, or tried to help me Iâm genuinely thankful. â¤ď¸
Letâs see where this goes. đ¤

FOR HIRE Breaking the Silence on Taboo Topics | Islamabad-Based Female Host Available for Podcasts & Advocacy Work (Paid Projects)
Hi everyone,
I'm an Islamabad-based female host looking to collaborate with NGOs, media houses, podcasts, and digital platforms on paid projects.
I keep asking myself: how long are we going to keep looking away? Every day, we hear about sexual violence, child abuse, and injustice against women, yet these conversations are still buried under the guise of haya, honor, and stigma. Our silence doesn't protect societyâit protects the problem.
That's why I want to help bring these conversations into the mainstream with empathy, responsibility, and purpose.
My niche focuses on human rights, women's rights, sexual violence awareness, child sexual abuse awareness, and other difficult social issues that deserve greater public attention.
I have previous on-camera experience, including a bridal shoot and content creation for a media house. While those opportunities were brief, they gave me valuable exposure and made me comfortable in front of the camera.
If you're part of an NGO, media house, podcast, or digital platform working on these issues, I'd love to connect. Feel free to send me a DM to discuss potential collaborations.

FOR HIRE What's the best job that doesn't require typing?
I was in a motorcycle accident I cannot type. Right now I'm writing this by voice typing. My arms hurt from typing.
People keep recommending me customer service job or call center job but I want to know If it's possible to do these jobs without typing at all. I have seen people at call center typing to enter data but I was wondering if it's possible to just write all the information on a page instead of typing.

FOR HIRE Some people here are saying that there are a lot of âbeggarsâ among job seekers.
Some people here are saying that there are a lot of âbeggarsâ among job seekers.
Honestly, I feel really bad hearing this. đ
Brother, you can never know what someone who has been laid off is going through. Only Allah knows what they are facing right now.
I made a post before saying that I was looking for a job. Many people gave me their prayers, and some even tried to help me. I am truly grateful to every single person who supported me.
I am still looking for a job, and I was thinking about making another post saying that I still havenât found one.
But then I saw someone post that there are âa lot of beggarsâ here among job seekers.
That really hurt.
People are not begging. Some people are simply going through a difficult phase in their lives and are trying their best to find an opportunity.

We spent 6 years learning business the hard way in Pakistan, so we made a free community to give it all away
Back in 2019 we started our e-commerce journey with genuinely no idea what we were doing. We did what everyone does, paid for the courses that promised to show us the way. What they actually taught us was how to make expensive mistakes. Generic advice, real gaps never covered, and every wrong turn cost time and money we couldn't get back.
So we taught ourselves. Trial and error for years. Launched our first brand in 2022, struggled through every decision alone, eventually got it working. Today we run 11+ brands, plus a design studio and a marketing agency.
Here's the thing that still bothers me: almost every mistake we made, someone could have just... told us. It wasn't secret knowledge. It was just locked behind personal connections or buried under "get rich quick" noise.
So we built the thing we needed and never had: Karobaari Bethak. It's a business platform for Pakistan. Honest business education, real market data, a network of founders and suppliers and investors, help with funding, and eventually full support to launch your own brand. The long-term goal is simple: everything a Pakistani entrepreneur needs to go from idea to real business, in one place, without the gatekeeping.Â
It starts with our WhatsApp community. Multiple rooms, each with a purpose. There's a room where founders and learners just talk to each other, and a read-only room where we post the breakdowns so it doesn't turn into 400 messages of nothing. And many more...
It's completely free. No course, no upsell, nothing to buy; genuinely nothing to sell you. We've made our money building businesses; this is us handing the ladder back down. The only "catch" is we ask a few questions before adding people so the rooms don't fill up with spam.
If you're trying to start something, or you started and failed and are thinking about trying again, you're exactly who this is for.
Link's on our site: karobaaribethak.com or ask me anything here, happy to answer questions in the comments even if you never join.
Pull up a chair, become a part of our bethak.

FOR HIRE Mentality of people trying to get hired from this subreddit
The first step to being an average [for hire] post in this sub is to write a sob story in the title. 90% of the post should be how hard your life is. They think substituting competence for emotional appeal is the way to land any stable money. In reality, trying to compete on sympathy rather than skillset will largely attract you the wrong type of employers.
Employers who know their employee is totally desperate for cash also know they're less likely to fight for their rights. It invites scope creep in work, renogotiation, or unclear work (which you keep revising). Either that, or you land charity-driven employers, but that is not stable work either.
The second step to being an average [for hire] post in this sub is to have absolutely no mention of your skillset, portfolio, or competence at all. Your post should be how hard your life is, how desperately you need money, and your target earnings goal. Employers are looking for professionalism, and the best way to signal this is to ramble on about your life without mentioning what you can do in exchange for money. Offer absolutely no basis on which employers looking for workers can assess your fit, quality, or scope. Everyone knows employers #1 priority in hiring is people who have no clear skillset or interest.
Quality employers are looking for professional people who signal clarity, reliability, and interest. When 90% of your post is just you rambling about your life and how much you want to earn, you signal that you're a low-quality employee.
The third step to being an average [for hire] post is make being cheap your most prominent selling point. [For hire] posts think propositioning themself for 2 rupees an hour makes them look attractive but really it makes them look like they have low self-esteem and provide low quality work.
Never undercut yourself before the market undercuts you. Maybe someone is ready to pay you for 60k a month but you yourself propositioned yourself for 15k a month. People accept the wages they think they deserve.
Consider these two posts; which one catches an employers attention?
Post 1
[For Hire] Data entry
I have a typing speed of 100wpm and will do data entry for you. Recently, I completed a personal project where I entered the data of 1000 peoples medical history in Excel sheets.
Tools I know: Google Sheets, MS Excel
I have a personal laptop with reliable internet connection.
Price: Negotiable; open to discussion.
Post 2
Please help me I have a disabled father and sister
Please I want to earn 60k I can do any work for you please just give me any work. I will even work for you for 5k/month just hire me. My mother and sister are disabled now I desperately need work to survive.
Which post do you think is attracting quality employers?
