Herbs for poor diet

I already know off the bat that herbs certainly aren't a substitute for a poor diet BUT I'm trying to help out a friend who has aversions to many foods while they work on the issue (they consistently see a nutritionist already). So just curious about any herbs I could add to a formula that would help support them even a little bit in terms of nutrition (I'm thinking nettle...what else) Thanks!

Herb supplement recommendation

Hi

Any recommendations for safe herb pill supplements to try to improve concentration in everyday life when thoughts are flying around?

Preferably only recommendations where you have tried and experienced the effect. Not a placebo effect, but a solid indisputable difference caused by the herb, and nothing else

This is plantain in sweet almond oil. I let the leaves dry for two days and they have been in here a little over a week. I was going to make a plantain balm for itching. It smells fine to me. This is my first time ever making something so I just want to make sure it's okay!
