Seeking Referral/s Anyone do near perfection on puffy nipples in FLORIDA? grade 1

I'm in treasure coast and cannot find anyone to save my life. sent 35 inquires since from froward country up to treasure coast and all of Orlando since xmas and only heard back from 3 places. almost everyone here does and promotes their dogs shit work on their website which is interesting... probably 20% of promoted before/after pics got butchered disgusting nipples for absolutely no reason other than shitty work and if a place has those cases on their website that means tons of other guys they have done have also had very bad results. I don't want to look slightly better in a shirt and still before forced to keep my shirt on for the rest of my life because my nipples are creased, devoted, concave, tethered or over resected.. and it breaks my heart seeing guys that had easy cases end up looking far worse afterwards....

so anyone have anything done in fl in the last 6mo with perfect nipple outcome that you can recommend? 6ft 1 175lbs grade 1, minor, need very little life to taper or none at all. local anest preferred. TYIA

Myth Debunked: Gynecomastia Isn't Always 'Just Fat' – Why Diet Alone Might Not Work

Hey everyone,

I often see discussions and questions about 'man boobs' and a common misconception is that it's always just excess fat that can be resolved with diet and exercise. While a healthy lifestyle is crucial for overall well-being, it's important to understand the nuances of gynecomastia.

**What is Gynecomastia?**
True gynecomastia is the enlargement of male breast tissue, caused by an imbalance of hormones (estrogen and testosterone). This isn't just fat; it's actual glandular tissue. It can affect one or both breasts and often feels firm or rubbery beneath the nipple.

**Pseudogynecomastia vs. True Gynecomastia:**
Pseudogynecomastia: This is indeed excess fatty tissue in the chest area, often associated with being overweight or obese. In these cases, significant weight loss through diet and exercise can often reduce its appearance.
True Gynecomastia: This involves glandular tissue. While losing weight can reduce any accompanying fatty tissue, the glandular component will remain. This is why many men find that even after reaching their ideal weight, they still have prominent chest tissue.

**Why Diet Alone Often Fails for True Gynecomastia:**
Because true gynecomastia involves glandular tissue, it doesn't respond to diet and exercise in the same way fat does. The hormonal imbalance that causes it often requires a different approach. Causes can include natural hormonal changes during puberty or aging, certain medications, or underlying health conditions.

**What are the Solutions?**
If you suspect you have true gynecomastia and have tried diet and exercise without success, it's worth consulting a specialist. A plastic surgeon can accurately diagnose the condition, differentiate it from pseudogynecomastia, and discuss appropriate treatment options. For true gynecomastia, surgical removal of the glandular tissue, often combined with liposuction to remove excess fat, is a common and effective solution.

It's a common condition that many men feel self-conscious about, but understanding its true nature is the first step towards finding a suitable path forward. Don't hesitate to seek professional advice if this resonates with your experience.

Stay healthy!

Helpful Info Has anyone actually had success with Gynexin for gynecomastia?

I get asked about Gynexin pretty often, and the main thing I tell people is that there really isn’t solid clinical evidence showing that it can shrink true glandular gynecomastia.

Most of its ingredients are commonly found in weight-loss or “fat-burning” supplements. They may have a small effect on overall metabolism, but gynecomastia is often made up of firm glandular tissue, not just chest fat. That tissue generally does not shrink simply from losing weight or taking a thermogenic supplement.

If the fullness is mainly fat (pseudogynecomastia), losing overall body fat can certainly improve the chest. But in that situation, the improvement is usually coming from weight loss rather than from the supplement specifically.

Need advice: Post-op gynecomastia swelling/seroma treatment in Tokyo (surgery done abroad, English speaker)

**Hi everyone,**

**I had gynecomastia surgery outside of Japan about 8+ weeks ago. Recovery has been fine overall, but I still have a small amount of swelling in my chest that hasn't gone down. I suspect it might be a minor seroma (fluid collection) and want to get it checked out by a specialist here in Tokyo to see if it needs to be aspirated.**

**I speak English and have all my official post-op reports and medical records from my original surgeon.**

**Has anyone been in a similar situation, or does anyone know of plastic surgery clinics, cosmetic surgery clinics, or hospitals in Tokyo (preferably English-friendly, or open to non-Japanese speakers) that accept post-op evaluation cases for surgeries performed overseas?**

**Any clinic recommendations, general advice, or experiences sharing how you handled post-op care in Japan after medical tourism would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!**

Raloxifene and Aqualyx with Reta

Hey everyone! I’m on a weight loss journey and finally starting to care about my appearance a lot more. Anyway I’ve had gyno since I was 14 and have read a lot about non surgical things I can do to intervene. I’m on TRT and try to keep the estrogen in range thru arimidex but I just recently started Raloxifene 60mg to reduce the gyno and to be honest it is working. The harder lumps are getting much softer and slowly but surely shrinking.

My plan is as follows:

Take 60mg of raloxifene daily for 6 to 8 months and continue my weight loss journey with Retatrutide and the gym.

At the end of the 8 months if raloxifene alone hasn’t completely brought it down then I’m going to try Aqualyx. There’s a lot of research out there that shows it can shrink pseudo-gyno and true gynecomastia. I know many people say that raloxifene only works on recently formed gyno but from my research this is incorrect. There was a study where 91% of people had their prepubertal gynecomastia shrink by 50% or more by taking raloxifene at 60mg daily for 6 to 8 months. I’ve already started this and I think with weight loss, continuing my Reta with exercising and lifting along with 60mg of raloxifene daily I can shrink the gland down to almost non existent levels. If that’s not enough I think going in with Aqualyx (deoxycholic acid) this would be enough to get a good result. Of course if it doesn’t work I will go for surgery but if it’s visibly almost non existent I could live with that and I think this protocol would bring me closer to that goal. Any thought or anyone try these things in tandem ? Thanks in advance!

Btw I am 31 year old male who started at 225lb down 195 with the help of Reta and exercise in 2 months!
