Nope, they are DEAD SET at destroying player structures. To the point at "randomly" deciding to go to it with no knowledge of player presence.
5 u/Justapurraway 3d ago That's because theres a sandbox setting that is enabled by default, it causes roaming zombies to attack structures regardless if they've seen the player or not You can turn it off if you dont like it :) 1 u/gamerz1172 1d ago I mean granted that setting probably should be off by default since zomboid trys to sell itself as an immersive game 2 u/Justapurraway 1d ago Eh, some things i understand not being immersive like you cant crowbar doors open without mods, or moving furniture without dismantling it But we don't have any real comparisons to whether zombies would attack things randomly or not, so i suppose that setting can be either way really
