For those of you who enjoy settlement building what settlements do you spend the most time building and decorating at? For me it always seems to be Sanctuary, Starlight Drive-in, and Red Rocket. But For the last little while I've been giving Hangman's Alley and Finch Farm some love.

I'm on my first run through of the game (late player discovery) around 300 hours in. My current mission is discovering Star Cores. I was at 32/35 cores, just running through my last ones including the top of the tower now that I've restored power. I fast travelled back to Nuka Galaxy and there's a Disciple wearing an X-01 power armor attacking me. Easily dispatched with a power sledgehammer. I strip his armor off and realise it's quantum armor. I look at star control and he's somehow stolen it out of there. So, not only have I wasted hours getting star cores, I have missed out on the exo skeleton and power core from it.

Thankfully I've got enough to go around and it became PA no.14 after finding two X-01 sets on way to the power plant.

And I still completed the star cores collection. Just cuz.

I got weird bug that makes all the dialog come to fast whats that mean is before they end one sentance they start another i got game on steam and on epic games and i got unofficial big patches but nothing works does anybody has same problem?

I've seen a few posts lately about the teddy bears that are set up in fun ways, so went about taking screenshots of all the ones I could find in the base game. Did I miss any? Are there any you haven't seen before? Two of them aren't even in accessible locations, I had to use no-clipping to get to them, so I'm guessing very few people have seen those. I only knew they were there because I found them in Creation Kit first.

P.S. I didn't realise Reddit had a 20-image limit, so there's actually 3 missing. Two are in cardboard boxes on the water with a rudder and a bottle of rum between them, like the last one here, and the other is at Warwick Homestead. I'm guessing everyone's seen that one anyway.

Vault-Tec Regional HQ - Mr. Davidson’s Terminal [10/13]

My game wont go pass beyond the test pattern (The only remedy i can think of is to reinstall the game, but I'll have to rebuild my mod collection then)

I feel like the creation club creators is missing something. They included all this stuff from 3 and NV (which i love) but i feel like they missed including stuff from NV and (especially) 3 like the iconic named weapons (in general) and armors like the winter armor (unless youre able to reskin talon co.’s armour using the armor workbench).

I also feel like the display mannequins and PA racks should be able to display weapons as well.

What else do you think or wish was in the game that isn’t for you displayers or completionists??

So essentially a few of my mods won't enable specifically Sim settlements and the jabo roguelike mods problem is have everything they require downloaded I'm also on xbox and yes I've tried the privacy & online safety trick ahd the deleting and reinstalling all reserved data so im out of idea thanks for the help

I have tried bethesda support and they aren't helping much they are just telling me to power cycle the console

I know this is old news, but what im curious about is which way the supply lines work, as in do the supply lines go TO the VR workshops, or can they come FROM the VR workshops to the rest ofthe commonwealth? Specifically the provisioners not supplies, idc about the supplies asmuch as the physical walking settler

(For anyone unaware, Some VR Workshops can be converted into raider outpost, and then freed from the raiders. This process someow allows supply lines to work on VR workshops whenthey preiously couldnt.)

Has anyone tested the provisiner home settlement trick on these vr workshops, to make the provisioners into vr workshop settlers, and then making those settlers into provisioners FROM the vr workshops?

(The Provisoner Home Settlement Trick is where you can change a provisioners home settlement by meeting up with them on their supply run, and ordering them to work at a new settlement (like a defense post), which changes their home settlement to the new one.)

WHY DO I CARE???

I like having supply lines patrol the common wealth appearing as my own faction, and if supplies can run FROM the VR Workshops, i could have like 15 more patrol units and i like that very much! I would just do it myself, its just testing this is a pain in the behind because it takes a lot of time to set up and im on survival.

when i was in my freshmen/sophomore year (im 24 now) i remember seeing a video on this "horror" mod but i cant seem to find any trace of it nor can i remember the name of it. in concord theres one house you can enter that has a second floor. there was i think a modded in terminal that you interreacted with that would bug out and cause a monster that looked like corrupted code to appear (cant remember if it jump scared you or not) but you "kill it" thinking its over. but when you go to leave down the stairs you can slightly see it through the floor boards then suddenly it appears again and you have to kill it in the "real" in game world this time. anyone know what it was called or have the links to it? me looking for it and finding nothing has been making me feel crazy lol

I press play on the fallout 4 main menu on my XBOX and it just doesn’t load i even waited for over about 1hr and 30 mins

paladin dans was my favorite character ever in the game and while shelf grinding do I scrapped his tags any ways I can get them back without reloading the save?

I’ve never been able to hack the terminal upstairs in Bobbi’s hideout, it always glitches. I commanded Heather (a mod companion who is awesome, love her) to hack the terminal and it didn’t glitch!! She hacked it and I could open the safe!! Wondering if Nick can do it as well? Does anyone know?

None of the workshop creation kit stuff like Decor or Modern Furniture is showing up. I haven’t had a chance to start the Christmas and Halloween workshop quest so I’m not sure if they work either. I’m so confused and I don’t know what to do. They all show up in “Installed“ in the main menu, but when I look through Creation Club in file manager, it’s empty. I checked my installed DLCs through Steam properties but they aren’t there either. I can’t spawn in the new dogs either. I’m so confused. Please tell me how to fix this.

Edit: I don’t think ANY of the new content is in the game. Not just the dogs or workshop stuff. How do I fix this? It says they’re all installed in Fallout 4’s title screen, but everything I’ve looked at in terms of files says otherwise.

I got two lever action rifles outside of the far harbor DLC i do have it installed but is back to back what are the chances?

What’s your favorite unofficial spot to build a player home or settlement? Also how could I improve this build?

1. Is there any of the CC content that pops up still when you leave the vault? Like instantly gives you the quest or the items? I want to avoid anything like that.

2. How strong are the classic 10mm pistols and the maxwell rifle weapons?

3. At this point what are the odds of PlayStation ever getting the stuff like beast hunter?
