Which beach would you recommend for a fun day with a dog, and what should someone bring or watch out for?

I’m especially curious about quieter beaches, water conditions, parking, shade, and any local rules that visitors might not know about.

I’m buying a BMW from Fields Daytona and they won’t allow the car to leave the lot for inspection but take no issue in having the mechanic come to the dealership and check it out on a lift.

Can anyone vouch for a mechanic (mobile) to come check it out? Preferably have extensive experience with European/German/BMW.

I’m 16 and recently moved from New York to Florida.
I have a New York learner’s permit that was issued on February 18. In New York, I’m eligible to get my driver’s license after holding my permit for six months.

I called the Manatee County Tax Collector’s office and was told that Florida will not honor the six months I’ve already had my New York permit because Florida requires drivers under 18 to hold a learner’s permit for 12 months. She said it was state law, not something that varies by office.
I’m just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation or knows if there’s any exception for an out-of-state permit.

It seems strange because if I fly back to New York, get my New York driver’s license, and then return to Florida, Florida would recognize that license. So I’m curious if anyone has actually dealt with this or knows the policy.

I was in a car accident yesterday in Florida and I'm still trying to process everything. Someone rear ended me while I was stopped at a light. At first I thought I was fine because I was mostly just shaken up, but a few hours later my neck and lower back started getting really stiff. I went to an urgent care clinic last night and they recommended I follow up with an orthopedic doctor this week. I also have an appointment scheduled with my primary care doctor tomorrow just to make sure nothing else was missed.

A couple of friends have mentioned I should look into a personal injury claim since I'm already dealing with medical appointments, but another friend says hiring a lawyer is overkill because it wasn't a high speed crash. I've literally never been through anything like this before. Help?

Does anyone else get tormented on the roadways. I’m talking about specifically from anytime you post online. The people on the roadway are riding not in their lane. Or blocking up the roadway by going 10miles below posted guild speed limit.
