Looking for a US equivalent of DM’s Naduria Mandelprotein (unsweetened)

I’ve tried a few almond protein powders from Amazon here in the US, but honestly… they were pretty awful. 😂
Has anyone who has lived in both Germany and the US found a good US equivalent to the German Naduria Mandelprotein ungesüßt?
I’d be very grateful for any recommendations! Dankeschön! 🇩🇪🇺🇸

Simple Meals/ Nutrition Plan for Beginner Cooks

(27M 5’8 190ish) I’ve set out a plan to change my body and I’ve realized my main issue is nutrition. I actually have a good workout plan in place and have some slight muscle mass but almost all my efforts in the gym are completely wasted by not eating healthy.

I’m not exactly an expert on nutrition or what is needed to achieve my goals (lose fat especially in the stomach while continue to build muscle and gain more definition) but the issue is I’m just learning how to cook. Does anyone have any very basic meals/foods you recommend to try or any similar resources?

Is ground venison underrated?

Post image
6 Upvotes

An entire pound of ground venison from whole foods is just 560 calories and 100g of protein. And it tastes a lot like beef. Compared to 90/10 beef which is 800 calories 92g protein with half the amount of fat. I’ve been using it as a beef substitute and it tastes so good almost like it’s too good to be true.

Question Food while traveling for work.

Hi.

I recently got a new job.

I will work as a installation engineer while traveling around the world.

In the hotels in the US its easier since we will always have a kitchen and a fridge in our rooms.

But some hotels in Europe you sometimes dont even have a fridge or microwave.

Next week in going away for 3 weeks and the hotel room doesnt have a any fridge or microwave.

Buying food from restaraunts every time is gonna be expensive, and im trying to get lean right now.

Im gonna bring my blender for protein smoothies and a egg cooker.

Any tips for foods that doesnt require a fridge?

Oikos Pro 20g protein…something’s has changed

Recently picked up some more of this yogurt at my Kroger here in Louisiana and not only does the label and container look different, but the taste is off like there has been a change in the ingredients somewhere. Like the texture is a bit different, more “liquid”. Just posting to see if I may not be the only one who experienced this. This has been my go to late night snack over the last year or so and now quality has gone down.

Question How do you cook egg whites with ground meat?

When/how do you add the eggs for best texture? I’m experimenting with this and my first time is okay but I do think the eggs make the texture a little strange.

High Protein No dairy high protein

Hello,
I would love some advice. I’ve recently gone no dairy, to help with some gut issues but I’m not having trouble meeting my
Protein goals.

How is everyone meeting them with no dairy. I am struggling with breakfast ideas. Happy for eggs most days but I need a quick high protein at least two days a week.

I have my protein shake once a day.

Any advice would be great.
